★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was the car we wanted to hire. At pickup we found and reported only one small scratch on the body work that wasn't on the paperwork. We were reassured we wouldn't be charged. No problems with the car thereafter. Would rent from you again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it's cheap to rent but also all the rest is cheap. Old car, made over 80.000km, they asked me to fill up anti freeze diesel liquid on my account. Didn't provide winter tires even I pre anounced directly that we are driving to the mountains where the probability to snow and ice is very high. (they placed snow chains and expected me to use that in case of ice). The car itself was scratched all over. it's not disturbing me but I had to sign before I saw the car that everything is OK with the car. so, it makes you feel you must take photos of the car and start dealing with little things. So... I don't know, I chose cheap and got cheap...

They offer great customer service and their prices are often cheaper than the other rent-a-car companies but without compromising the quality of the vehicle. Even pickup and return of the vehicle in different stations was free. Rest assured that I will always patronise your company and recommend you to family and friends!!! ???

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service was very good but the Opel Corsa car wasn't in great condition. I also filled the car with petrol 4 miles away from the airport. When it got to full the pump starts cutting out. I put in a bit more and it cut out again. So l thought it was full. I checked the reading and it looked full. The indicator didn't show empty or full. It was just a white thick band. To me it looked full.
When l handed in the car the lady asked me if l had filled it. I said yes. She told me that the indicator was showing just below full. I said that my eyesight wasn't as sharp as hers and why was the pump cutting out if it wasn't full. I think l was charged around €40 (the final bill wasn't broken down). Never again with Sicily by Cars.

Car Hire desk easy to find. And no queue nor long wait to be served at Malpensa Airport. Lady at the desk was efficient and very friendly.
Car pick up point nearby.
Car was fine.
Drop off/return also hassle free
I would recommend Sicilybycar.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servizio fantastico! Superb service. Car taken for a total of 12 days, initially. Check out super smooth and staff incredibly professional and very helpful. Car very clean and in excellent conditions. Unfortunately due to poor weather our return flight got cancelled. I contacted the call center, they answered immediately and very very polite and supportive. They extended the contract by one day at a VERY reasonable rate. Our flight was very early in the morning and we dropped off the key at no extra rate. We are very pleased with this company that we have used many times before in Italy. We will continue to use them!!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked a car from Milan less than 12 hours before arriving! Everything was very easy, and we didn't have to wait long at all before picking up the keys. We did take photos of the whole car before leaving, because we have experienced ogther Italian Car Hire Companies trying to make us pay for damage that was already there.
But Sicily by Car were not like that at all - we left the car at 02 hours, and had an email within 8 hours showing there was no damage and all was clear. They were the cheapest we could find, but gave very good service. I can recommend them to you happily!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awful service experience. Rented the car on a Saturday and started my road trip. 2 hours later, had a “Oil Level” alert in the dashboard. Tried calling the emergency service, but they said that nothing could be done as the car was still driving and asked me to call the branch. Tried calling all Saturday (no response rather than wait in the line), sent an email and no response. Ended up calling Seat (car manufacturer) and followed they recommendation to buy any oil from Carrefour, so I could drive to my destination. The car had almost no oil, which clearly means they don’t even do a proper service or check the cars before renting.
