AVOID this location, TERRIBLE experience. I returned the car and after two weeks they claimed there was a scratch in one of the wheels' hubcaps. They sent us photos that don't show anything wrong and asked for 800 Euro damages. All of this was sent to us after 2 months, at which point the insurance was no longer willing to cover. Needless to say that there was no person to receive the car from us once we returned it so absolutely no way to validate their claim. I've spent hours on emailing them back and forth and still no resolution.

To be avoided at all costs! We rented from Sixt airport T1 for 3 days and we were extremely disappointed with the service. The check-in of the car and the mileage were not correct and we wanted to report it but there was no one to deal with it. On our return, we showed the photos that we took before the check in, the rental company made ok, and despite that we receive after the rental a claim procedure and an invoice with an amount of the additional mileage!!! In addition, the local surcharge is higher between the deposit and the final invoice. On top of that they charged us for snow chains, we don't know why. I regularly rent from Sixt but this experience has completely changed my opinion of this company.

Sixt Counter was found easily. There was no queue (perhaps we were lucky?) Covers we selected in our quote did not match what they saw in their system, but Davide fixed that. Thank you Davide, you did a great job. We got a different car but we were okay with that. Car was in a good shape. For some reason Waze doesn't know where car return is, but all you have to do is following long term parking sign and then Sixt car return signs (get ready for many turns). Car check-in was quick and simple. Pleasant lady inspected a car in 10 minutes from our arrival in our presence and wished us a pleasant flight. Now I got a final bill from our rental. No surprises. Good experience. I recommend. Just a remark about Milano Malpensa airport (definitely not about Sixt car rental). There are no luggage trolleys in cars check-in area. We had quite a few suitcases and we had to carry them quite a long way till the departure area. Consider to disembark your passengers and luggage in the departures area and then go to return your car.

Worst customer experience by far! had to book twice and both were problematic. First they give you cars that have tens of scratched, damages being reported on your contract, you are being asked to check them one by one and report anything else that THEY may have missed to report previously. If you fail to do so you are being asked to pay for somebody else's' damage. Basically they are forcing you to buy full protection, or make a video of the car before taking it, at night bad lighting you are supposed to shoot a video as proof in case they didn't do their job properly. Another experience I just recently had; picked up the car from the garage and right away it gave a warning that the breaking system is problematic and the car needs service! Basically they are putting my life in danger by not doing their job! when I informed the employee at the spot I was asked to go back into the airport and explain the situation and ask for a new car! Customer being asked to make up for their mistakes because their time seems to be more valuable than ours! Just go with another international brand at the end you will pay the same amount because of all the additional cost and time lost!

this is the best rental experiance for me comparing to many companies such as europca they give me a brand new tipo wagon 2021 with deisel option that i did not ordered and with alot of safety feature such as lane departure more importantly they return the refund in less than 2 days after returning the car NOT like other famous companies specially the europca* they desirve much more than 5 stars in my opinion

Efficient service from the office staff. A particular word of thanks to Jennifer who sorted all the paperwork quickly and explained everything clearly. No hidden costs, the car was spotlessly clean, any previous damage was accurate and clearly itemised. Altogether a very pleasant experience from Sixt!

I booked an out of hours pick up at 00:30, Feb 24. When I arrived the employee was already waiting for me there. The employee made up additional charges to the booking due to "out of hours return fee". I didn't accept the charges right away and asked to see more details. These charges didn't appear in the original booking (50€ difference). I then noticed that the employee changed the pick up date to be Feb 23, one day before my arrival. After I pointed that out, she quickly retracted the additional charges and proceeded with the original booking price which already included all of the additional fees. All in all, Sixt are the only ones to accept my out of hours pick up request, all other rental agencies refused, so that's the only reason they don't get a 1 star review. If you plan to rent a car and pick it up during regular working hours I'd recommend you take go elsewhere. Otherwise, unfortunately, Sixt is your only option, so be aware of them trying to scam you.

Staff friendly, prices fairly reasonable. They got me in and out quickly. Tire pressure needed to be checked, and the guy told me it would reset itself. It never did. I paid for gps and I explained I needed to go to Switzerland. It didn't work the entire time.
