Never had such a terrible experience with rental company.
I have been charged for first day of rental of car, although the rental did not have a car for me.
I was late for collection before midnight. I have arrived early next day to collect it and it was surprisingly gone!
I have tried to contact them before booked collection that I would be late but noone would pick up the phone.
The rentalcars.com that I did reservation through was not helpful either.
Watch out for scam!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap pandemic price for rental, but just in comparison to the rest. Other than that, disappointed about some little tricks and expedients and the communication at their office. We reserved a Renault Clio (or similar). Once there they only had a Lancia Y, which is quite smaller. No way of upgrading. They kept prevaricating for an hour and more going back and forth saying some bigger cars were available, then not available, the yes again then finally no. But the employee who last words had just been “yes there is something bigger available” went out chatting with the manager and then returned and said no again.
Another thing l found not right is that the car can have unlimited mileage until 27 days, bet we’re renting for 30 so again another ugly surprise. I did not like neither the interacting, not the whole handling of our case. The car runs ok, the steering wheel though seems a bit unsteady…funny that the employee made herself a negative comment about the car that she was about to to give to us… their webpage is not clear and not transparent, leaving room to these unfavorable details for the renters.

it was a good choice.
I received the car from Bergamo airport and delivered it to Malpensa airport.
The procedures lasted 15-25 min
The car was clean, it worked flawlessly.
The communication with the staff was very good.
Those who gave me the car and those who took over behaved exemplarily.
I was pleased with the services and will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Enterprise should removed their name from this rental company. After dealing with locauto I am afraid to book anything from enterprise. The customer service are rude and charged for anything they can think of.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Avoid this firm. They baited me with a price of €150 for 3 days and charged me €237. For a rubbishy old Fiat Panda. Stick with a firm that is honest with the pricing and doesn’t add unnecessary charges when they have your credit card in hand. They tripled insured me!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have never written a review before. My experience was that bad. I would recommend you stay away.
My sister rented a car from them, although she had thought she was renting with National. Unfortunately they seem to be the local representatives of national. There were a decent number of scrapes and marks on the car upon renting it. No big deal. They were noted during pick up and we assumed all was well. When my sister returned the car, they claimed that she damaged the tire and rim. The car was mostly unused during our time. She certainly never hit anything. The damage was clearly done when the scrape RIGHT NEXT TO THE TIRE was done by a previous user. They refused to tell us how much they were charging for these theoretical damages. They are 100% trying to scam people. If you choose to rent from them be very thorough in your pick up inspection and take pictures. They will try to charge you literally who knows how much (again, they refused to tell us) for things you absolutely didn’t do.
