β β β β β Absolute disaster! Was refused by the staff to pick up a car because I donβt have an international driving license which the website stated βmay be requiredβ. I ended up renting a car from Avis which is literally on the opposite and my Malaysian driving license is just fine!!!
Best thing, still being charged the full amount of β¬82.13 even though I didnβt get the car. Easy money eh Hertz?

β β β β β The worst customer service I have had. My flight was an hour early. And they made me wait that one hour since I could not change the reservation, only cancel. And since it was under 24 hours the cancelation policy ment I would get no refund. They were clearly irritated that my reservation was prepaid.
The Hertz service desk was unwilling to find a solution.
Do not use this company.

Slowest personal in history. Been waiting for 2h and 5 people have been served. I still have 6 numbers to go. Also a lot of personnel in the back but no one serving customers.....

I booked a 9 seated car for a family trip abroad.
Every change I wanted to make in the reservation (adding one day, pick up a day later etc.) I was asked to add thousands of dollars to the original payment.
But, when it came to your side of the deal, you did whatever was on your good, not seeing us and not respecting us as customers at all. 2 weeks before our trip you just informed us of cancelling our reservation with no reasonable reason. After mailing back and forth and waisting our time and energy, you agreed to cover the difference cost of a new reservation in another company, promising the payment within a few days.
Weeks past by and we still didn't get any payment. So, After all this, Do you except me to be satisfied?

β β β β β I have rented from Thrifty which is under Hertz in Malpensa Airport. We arrived to their office around 8 AM and there were only 2 person in front of me. It was quick and the service was very good. However, Hertz was much more crowded and I have heard that people need to wait 2 hours to get their car. I got Fiat 500 L with Automatic transmission, a decent car ?

β β β β β To whom this may concern. I mad reservation for a car from Hertz car rental got the best deal at the time. But once my plan arrived to the location for pickup despite a 1 hour delay in which they were aware of but didn't honor my reservation said I was a day to late when my reservation was set for 11 pm. Even though I prepaid a month ahead of time. The biggest problem to me is that I wasn't informed that my reservation was cancelled by Hertz with no email or phone car nor voice mail saying anything of this.............................. they also didn't approve me for another rental when ask . Customer service gets a honest-1 ..........
I am so sorry for any customer who decided to rent a car from then..

β β β β β I rented car from here. I demand a person to look our car when i drop off. But they didnt do it and took the keys. They demand 530 euro for missing electric cables. Now we are going to settle in the court. Take a video before drop off. It may need in the future...
