dopo 2 anni devo ancora cambiare opinione... xke qualche giorno fa mi è arrivata una raccomandata di Agenzia dell'entrate per un errore nella compilazione del 730.. effettuato da loro... il risolutato che nn sono professionisti ne disponibili xke nn intendono porre rimedio ai loro errori oltre che i responsabili sono irreperibili al telefono e si avvalgono so della segretaria. assolutamente da evitare se non si vuole rischiare di avere delle brutte sorprese su servizi base... non oso immagi are su pratiche più difficili cosa sono capaci di combinare!

after 2 years I still have to change my opinion ... xke a few days ago I received a registered letter from the Revenue Agency for an error in the compilation of the 730 .. made by them ... the resolute that they are not professionals nor available xke nn intend remedy their mistakes as well as those responsible are nowhere to be found on the phone and make use of the secretary. absolutely to be avoided if you do not want to risk having some nasty surprises on basic services ... I don't dare imagine what they are capable of combining on more difficult practices!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimo servizio, le ragazze che lavorano all'interno non sono assolutamente competenti né gentili. Mi sono rivolta a loro per il rinnovo del mio permesso di soggiorno. Mi ci sono volute 2 settimane per riuscire a parlare con qualcuno per fissare il mio appuntamento. Arrivata in sede con i documenti che pensavo servissero (perché nessuno ha avuto la gentilezza di dirmi cosa avrei dovuto portare nello specifico) mi ritrovo a dover tornare da loro a distanza di 2 giorni per consegnare i documenti mancanti ed avviare la pratica. Mi contattano neanche 4 ore prima dell'appuntamento per comunicarmi che non hanno tempo per ricevermi ed avviare la mia pratica e che quindi dovrei aspettare Febbraio!!!!! Peccato che l'ultimo giorno disponibile per inoltrare i documenti sia il giorno dopo!!!! Ho perso del tempo affidandomi a loro e mi hanno creato anche dei grossi problemi. NON AFFIDABILI, NON COMPETENTI, COMPLETA ASSENZA DI PROFESSIONALITÀ, VERGOGNOSI! E pretendete anche 70€ per diventare vostri tesserati. VERGOGNATEVI.
Bad service, the girls who work inside are absolutely not competent nor kind. I contacted them for the renewal of my residence permit. It took me 2 weeks to be able to talk to someone to make my appointment. Arriving at the office with the documents that I thought were needed (because no one was kind enough to tell me what I should specifically bring) I find myself having to return to them after 2 days to deliver the missing documents and start the practice. They contact me even 4 hours before the appointment to inform me that they do not have time to receive me and start my practice and therefore I should wait for February !!!!! Too bad that the last day available to submit the documents is the day after !!!! I wasted time relying on them and they also created big problems for me. NOT RELIABLE, NOT COMPETENT, COMPLETE ABSENCE OF PROFESSIONALISM, SHAMEFUL! And also claim € 70 to become your cardholder. SHAME ON YOU.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Persone non capaci e zero professionalità non sano fare una minima cosa mi hanno fatto spendere un sacco di soldi per niente per un ragiungimento famigliare e in più un 730 vieni oggi che lo finisco vieni domani sono passati 15 giorni e ancora non anno concluso
