★ ★ ★ ★ ★ On arrival Sabrina was very efficient and helpful in getting my through things quickly and on the road. As ever with Sixt the cars were good quality, as this was Italy it did have a few battle scars but all were clearly listed. Overall easy and pleasant visit

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff at the airport were great, however choosing the option of Roulette was not my best decision. We ended up with the smallest car in their fleet, and had paid more than double the cost for the privilege! The airport staff don't have any control over the roulette system so I would advise against choosing this, especially at a predominantly holiday destination airport.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I like Sixt and the Car + Service was great. Just the car drop off was not that easy, first to find (without the way description from Sixt) and then all parking lots of Sixt were blocked. A few cars didn't look like rental cars. I think those issues are mainly in reason of the airport management
