★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The car was new and in good condition. However, shortly after pick-up the oil warning sign lit up. Additionally, the windshield wiper fluid was empty. A better rental company, would check the oil and windshield fluid before every pickup.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First of the car that i hade booked was not available. So to rent a car i had to upgrade to a bigger size car. I was forced to pay 30 euro for the upgrade or i can go find another place! This was said to me from employee at the counter. So i ended up upgrading. And what do you know, i got the same size of car that i have booked.
And don't let me go in details about how the Sicily By car employee wanted to force me to buy there insurance, even that i have bought insurance from the booking site.
I will never use Sicily By Car in Torino.
Look for the bigger brands, even if you pay little more you will not have the hassle like you have with the cheapest company's.
If your car is not available the will upgrade you for free, but not Sicily By Car.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Disastrous rental company.
You rent a vehicle without insurance and they impose an exorbitant insurance on you, because you present a debit card rather than a credit card.
When you take the vehicle no visit is made. You must approve everything before you even see the vehicle. But, when you return the vehicle, they inspect the vehicle.
The customer is just good at insuring, paying and signing.
Bad experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Would absolutely *not* recommend. Unfortunately we left an item of property in the door well on the driver’s side, an annoying but easy mistake. Although we alerted the company to this fact within a few hours of having returned the vehicle, no such item was ‘found’. My attempts at further correspondence have since been stonewalled.
This was a simple error with a simple solution, but it appears dishonesty is their preferred method of operation. Makes me wonder what else they would apply this ethos to.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was very pleased by the service offered by Sicily Car especially as some car rental Companies have a bad reputation. They had an office in the airport and car was collected from an underground car park. The price was very competitive and they didn't put a lot of pressure on me to buy their car excess insurance ( I have my own ) unlike some Companies. They gave me a print out showing various scratches on the car. Initially, this was a concern and I checked the car carefully , taking photos, but on my return they confirmed my faith in them as an honest Company and didn't try to make dishonest claims about any further scratches etc
I wasn't expecting to be given an automatic car and perhaps they could have spent a little time explaining the controls especially with respect to the automatic and electronic handbrake. I have an automatic( my first one) but different to this car.. Apart from that, very pleased overall and would use this Company again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great experience with Sicily by Car in Turin Airport. I checked in online before collection. It took only 5 minutes at the desk for manager to review documents and give me the keys. The car was almost new and in perfect condition. I’ve found some small dent which was not noted in the checkout sheet, but car rental representative quickly marked it on. In overall I’m very happy with the service and will use it again.
