It was to be a very nice Rental car service: now it is closed (July 2021) since last year. That is a shame !

Nightmare experience - long time to collect due to agent taking so long compared to other companies. Refused to give the car we booked, they gave us a small MPV when we booked an estate. Car equipment was broken. Very slow to resolve any issues and didn’t communicate well. We won’t be using them again.

By far the worst car rental i have ever had. Its no exaggeration. We were rented a new Lancia. Halfway though our trip we discovered we had two tiers WITH NO THREAD to the rear of the car. How the hell to they let a car like that out, its so dangerous. On returning the car they actually laughed in our faces until i lost it. Europcar, you don't even deserve a star! SHOCKING

Watch out for details in your contract: they told us we could bring the car back at 19:00, but on the contract it said 18:45 (which we missed). Had to pay a late fee. Though we already paid extra because the tank wasn’t full when we got it, but we had to bring it back completely full (and they verified this). We didn’t make a big deal out of it, but we will definitely next time! These people are puppies at pickup, but vultures at dropoff

I got there before the stipulated delivery time (and from the other side of the country) and the woman by the counter took the keys while she was busy and said that everything was OK. After a couple of days I received my invoice and they charged me an extra day!! I am claiming that money back and Customer Service is creating lots of issues for not too. Watch out and make sure that you stay by the counter until they go through all the delivery procedure. DonΒ΄t trust them as I did, otherwise it will happen the same to you!! Very disappointed and terrible service.

Would be amazing to be able to review the service, but when I arrived, booking in hand, I just found an empty place, looked like no one was there in months. I asked the other rental place next to it and they said nobody was there since March 2020. Would have been nice to have a cancellation or some kind of message. I was left alone in an empty airport at 10pm in the evening. I use Europcar constantly in UK, I am a Privilege Elite VIP Member and still I did not even receive an email saying the reservation was cancelled due to the counter being closed. Awful!

Good Cars and good service. I was only surprise that car have to be checked by person when returned. Usually I just return key. I also did not received invoice in email just return statement.
