Nice staff and good service. Everything under regulation, here you don't need an international driver's license to rent an auto. Prices are really good (better than Hertz if I must say). Totally renting with them again.

Really bad service and experience with renting a car from them. They were unable to find our reservation, which was paid in full. We were told countless times they can’t do anything and that they don’t have a car for us. After insisting, they found that the reservation was valid and “there was an error with their system”. We waited for 2 hours at the counter. Staff was extremely rude , all the time acting like they did us a favour. They did not even apologise once for their screw-up. About the car: - was not properly cleaned inside and out - had summer tires, although we got it to go skiing in the mountains, where it snowed almost every day. Are winter tires not mandatory in this country ??? - washer fluid was just water, which froze due to low temps, and was simply unusable - despite all the above, the car ran fine and was pretty good, but you could clearly see the lack of attention they have for their vehicles.

The first car I received had something broken in the trunk. Went back inside to switch the car. The second car received smelled like “hobo”. The smell inside was awful. Went back inside again to talk about the problem, and the employee told me the smell is from the cleaning products… which I totally did not believed. He then took an air freshener, sprayed it inside of the car and told me to wait 30 minutes before going inside the car. Did not agree with this and insisted on having a different car. The third car I received felt a bit unstable and also it was pulling right on its own on the highway, so I went back again to change the car…. Several hours lost because of their poor service. After returning the car in the same condition as I received it, they told me that my security deposit will be unlocked in 3 days… well it didn’t went back even after 5 working days so I had to call my bank. Also, the English level of the employees was below average. I strongly DO NOT recommend this company!

Leaseys have cost us hundreds and potentially ruined our ski trip! First they didn't give us snow chains (against the law) then gave us the wrong size which we naively didn't check as he took it from the boot of the same model of car. Get to our apartment and cant get to it because snow chains of course SNAP as they don't have enough coverage. We now have a stressful week paying for parking miles from our apartment, and hoping that we don't get stranded in cervinia as have no snow chains to get back. Also, two hour queue to collect car because they only have one guy working, process took a good 20 minutes per person and lots of interruptions from people coming back to complain about their hire car.

Leasys was company i used to rent car for Italian alps trips with. That was definitely last time. I can understand the queue, it really depends on arrivals but service was appalling at the counter then later through customer services. We got robbed - 64.10 euro. Car booked as usual through Rentalcars as no issues. This time I decided to get full cover over the counter instead of using third party. We were informed that 7 days rental will be 100€ including vat. It was also hand written and stamped by their employee on our protocol. I was a little bit surprised that after returning immaculate car with full tank 2 weeks later we were charged 164.10€ instead. Tried to call them with no results. Eventually got to their customer service email address which denied providing any help saying the standard charge is 164.10€ , not 100. I’ve read all T&S both , digitally and physically provided to us where none of these has been ever mentioned. There is no standard rate listed anywhere but they agreed to 100€ which they signed for. I have these documents and was happy to provide them copy. Unfortunately their emailing system does no let you upload any files , just pure txt. They were made aware I have documents supporting my claim but have not heard from them since. It was first week of March 2022. Giving 2 stars as car was clean, second driver was free as advertised and chains were also included. Rip off in terms of extras - avoid them, no wonder they already have only 3 stars on Google reviews. If they continue to rip people off they will continue to lose business as I won’t come back to them anymore. Appalling that is.
