★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi 13 luglio ore 22.33 siamo stati trattati davvero male dal ragazzo che ci ha risposto al telefono. Maleducato, strafottente e indisposto. Pessimo servizio. Avremmo speso anche una bella cifra essendo rimasti fermi in autostrada e volendo evitare di passarci la notte. Un po' di umanità nel customer care dovrebbe esserci soprattutto se parliamo di certi marchi. Riguardate il personale che parla a vostro nome, non noleggeremo mai più con voi
Today 13 July at 10.33 pm we were treated really badly by the guy who answered the phone. Rude, arrogant and indisposed. Bad service. We would have also spent a lot of money having remained stationary on the motorway and wanting to avoid spending the night there. There should be a bit of humanity in customer care especially if we are talking about certain brands. Take care of the staff speaking on your behalf, we will never rent with you again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dopo aver pagato in anticipo dal sito, scopro al momento del ritiro che non potevo noleggiare perché sprovvisto di carta di credito nominativa, prepagata e bancomat non vanno bene (e fin qui ci può stare, dovrebbero specificarlo meglio ma ho scoperto essere questa la regola). Il vero problema si presenta quando devo fare la cancellazione del noleggio, nel sito, col codice prenotazione che mi hanno fornito al momento della stessa, non si trovava la prenotazione. Ho allora dovuto chiamare il servizio (a pagamento) e dopo aver passato 5 minuti con una procedura registrata, finalmente arriva il momento di parlare con l'operatore e ovviamente cade la linea. Pessimi!
After paying in advance from the site, I find out at the time of the withdrawal that I could not rent because I do not have a credit card by name, prepaid and ATM are not good (and so far it can be, they should specify this better but I discovered to be the rule) . The real problem comes when I have to do the cancellation of the rental, the site, with the reservation code I have provided at the time of the same, was not a reservation. I then had to call the service (for a fee) and after spending five minutes with a recorded procedure, finally comes time to speak to an operator and obviously falls on the line. Bad!
