★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My stay here was a nightmare. Stayed here for 3 nights with my wife and a 2 year old. They clearly advertised Air Conditioning in the room, but on arrival they said that AC is switch off centrally and they cannot turn on AC in the room. Room was very hot. They suggested we open the windows to let cool air come in. However, opening the windows let to a tremendous influx of mosquito's (100s of them). They tried switching to a different room, but the problem was same. They failed to provide simple remedies such as mosquito repellent or fans, instead just said it's like this all over Venice.
Aside from this, the bathroom had a persistent foul smell, likely from old drainage. Also, they had construction work going on inside the hotel premise, which led to noise early morning.
Overall recommendation is to stay away from this place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very good experience, really great service, everything is very clean and tidy. We had no problem with hot shower, the iron with the ironing board was provided on request on the very first day. The reception was kind to let us in even two hours earlier than was our check-in time just because the room was already cleaned right before our arrival. Bed is very comfortable. We didn't expect to have a great view through the window, so it's fine. And the price is also really good for all service provided. I would also recommend to have a breakfast since it's not expensive compared to anything else you should expect in restaurants in the city and this breakfast includes toasts, eggs with sausages, several types of Müsli, soja milk as alternative to normal milk, some fruits and of course coffee. I highly recommend. Oh, be the way, the password for WiFi for our room was heterofriendly

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently stayed for 4 nights and cannot find fault. The staff are friendly and very proud of this stunning boutique hotel. Nothing is too much trouble and they are very thoughtful. The breakfast buffet is delicious. Our room was fresh and elegant. Everyone speaks English and the location was perfect - arts quarter of Venice. It feels like a fashion designers hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Not my first time to Venice, chose this hotel because of its special location and surroundings, it’s in the very peaceful and quiet area. My comment gave 3stars, 2 stars is for the room, 1 star is for the service.
The service wasn’t good, comparing with my other hotel experiences in Italy. Especially in the reception, it seems the staffs, no one wants to say hello to their guests except only one person, it makes me feel I do bother them to work if I have a question to ask. I don’t really get this kind of service attitude, it feels you are not welcome to their place! It was very cold feeling.
The room we ordered was big and comfortable, but the cleaning result is not satisfied, you can even see the water mark on the floor in the bathroom.
This holiday we stayed few nights in this hotel, unfortunately I think next time we’ll choose another hotel instead in Venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is in a quite area of Venice and the best way to get there is by taxi boat if you don't want to carry your luggage on a sunny day of august with 35 degrees Celsius and crossing so many bridges.
Rooms are big, comfortable and clean. Breakfast is good.
The staff is friendly and helpful.
We stayed two nights but for some reason our room wasn't cleaned after the first night, something you are looking forward when you have walked almost 20 km in a day and get back to the hotel at 6 pm. The cleaning staff asked us later (without asking us first) if we needed the room to be cleaned but we just wanted to rest. We assume it was just a small mistake.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Day 1. Room is full of mosquitos, asked the receptionist he is like that's venice but I didn't see mosquitos in other areas so asked him to install mosquito repellent and the mosquitos are gone.
Day 2. Figured the hotel doesn't give you iron board and iron and the room. At night In our room I can hear the receptionist speaking on the phone majority of the night couldn't sleep at all. Even called and asked him to keep it down but no use.
Planning on just dropping it and checking out early.
Worst experience of my life at a hotel anywhere in the world. Please don't stay here save yourself the trouble.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our check in was very smooth after 22h30. The room was very clean and there were some nice extra touches for a birthday celebration included.
As we opened the door it does smell a little musty or damp but after a couple of minutes with the aircon that goes. However, that would be the only negative bearing in mind the windows were all closed along with the door throughout the day.
First impressions were very good. Location is excellent and away from the hustle and bustle. It is probably a 10 minute walk to Accademia bridge into San Marco and with that is remarkably quiet at night. Reception staff were all amazing...friendly, informative, helpful and efficient. Didn't get all their names but Nicolas was great.
Room was a good size. Towels were a good size and fluffy. Water was hot and plentiful. Creams/soaps/shampoos were replenished everyday and towel always left folded neatly on the bed upon our return. Mattress and pillows were very comfortable.
Breakfast was very good. Coffee machine not so good but staff were happy for you to order an espresso directly from them which was far superior. Good selection of teas. Perhaps the only thing missing was eggs other than scrambled and hard boiled. Fried or poached on order would have been appreciated perhaps with more fruit than apples - but everything available was very good. However, all the ladies on duty were wonderful - always smiling and chatty (or not as you preferred) and made our breakfast experience a pleasure with the good food. There was even a couple of gluten free snacks and soya and lactose free milk.
We were able to leave our bags in the hotel on the last day which was greatly appreciated.
Overall, we highly recommend the hotel for the location, quality of food/toiletries/bedding and of course the amazing staff. Thank you for a wonderful surprise birthday stay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My mom and I had an amazing stay. This was one of the best hotel experience we have had so far (and we really travel lots)! The staff is amazing, the location perfect, the room was very clean as well as comfortable and the breakfast was great. Thank you for having us as your guests. We even got some cookies when we arrived and the lovely room fragrance as a present. We can highly (!!!) recommend this place. Thank you so much for hosting us. Whenever we are back, we will come back to you!
