The apartment is new, with heating in order, good location, but basic items were missing in the kitchen (detergent, sponge, oven, sugar, salt, spices) and bathroom (carpets, soap holder, shampoo and towels).

Par contre, pour récupérer les clefs... A 2-3 km de l'appartement, un accueil froid par une agence de voyage (?) dont les conseils ne sont là que pour vous faire payer, payer, payer... Un service à revoir vraiment ! Because of the Aqua Alta, we were upgraded to the superb roof apartment. Beautiful, nothing to complain about. By cons, to collect the keys ... 2-3 km from the apartment, a cold welcome by a travel agency (?) Whose advice is only there to make you pay, pay, pay ... A service to review really!
N	Nadine “Nanou” on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Très très cher pour avoir une salle bain avec du plastique déchiré en guise de plafond, une salle de bain pour le prix pas terrible une literie médiocre, un canapé lit dans la cuisine pour la 3 ème personne. Sinon bien situé. Centrale de réservation ne donnant pas les infos correctement dès le départ ce qui génère un stress. Pourquoi ne pas dire de suite que les codes d'accès appartement seront envoyés par SMS le jour de l'arrivée ? Ça serait tellement simple pour tout le monde Very very expensive to have a bathroom with torn plastic as a ceiling, a bathroom for the price not terrible bedding mediocre, a sofa bed in the kitchen for the 3rd person. Otherwise well located. Central reservation not giving the information correctly from the outset which generates stress. Why not say immediately that apartment access codes will be sent by SMS on the day of arrival? It would be so simple for everyone

As instalações não são condizentes com as fotos, pelo menos no apartamento que fiquei. Se estiver com malas pesadas, certifique-se de que ficará nos andares mais baixos, pois fiquei no quarto andar, sem elevador e foi bem complicado chegar com as malas até o apartamento. As paredes, chão e até a porta tinham grandes rachaduras, parecia que o prédio tinha sofrido as consequências de um terremoto. Limpeza ok. Well located, but check in is done elsewhere, which takes a while to find. The facilities are not consistent with the photos, at least in the apartment I stayed. If you have heavy bags, make sure you stay on the lower floors as I was on the fourth floor with no lift and it was very complicated to get the bags to the apartment. The walls, floor, and even the door were all cracked, it looked as if the building had suffered the consequences of an earthquake. Cleanliness ok.

Nel senso che pur sapendo che ci avrebbero assegnato l'appartamento alle 15,00 abbiamo chiesto un piacere e anticiparlo perché con noi c'erano due persone anziane e stanche. Alla seconda telefonata ci hanno fatto credere che avrebbero chiesto alla donne pulizie di iniziare dal nostro appuntamento ma così non è stato. Peccato perché potevano cercare di capire la situazione. Clean and beautiful apartments. The only flaw is just enough reception. In the sense that even knowing that we would be assigned the apartment at 15.00 we asked for a pleasure and anticipate it because with us there were two elderly and tired people. On the second call we were led to believe that they were going to ask the cleaning ladies to start our appointment but they didn't. Too bad because they could try to understand the situation.
A	Aurelien Lherondelle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Appartement bien situé, endroit très calme et agréable. Cependant ( l'hiver comme pour un séjour en fin année.. ), il fait froid.. Pas de télécommande pour modifier la température.. L'appartement du bas n'est pas isolé , on entend donc tout le voisinage. C'est dommage ! Apartment well located, very quiet and pleasant place. However (winter as for a stay at the end of the year ..), it is cold .. No remote control to change the temperature. The lower apartment is not isolated, so you can hear the whole neighborhood. That's a shame !
