★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly and child friendly staff. We had a large apartment, ideal with a toddler. Clean, with good location within the city and for a good price, well heated, no mosquitoes (in November).
The breakfast was OK though I could imagine warm dishes as well e.g. crumbled eggs, fried sausages etc.
Small shops nearby, open till night, big store not far either.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Really great price considering it is Venice. Good location away the main tourist area but close enough for a short walk. Similarly, as it is away from the main square, the bars and restaurants are much more affordable. Recommend Osteria al Squero nearby for nice cichetti and aperol spritz

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, close to San Marco and Rialto ( 15minutes walk both), quiet area, nice and helpful people, clean, air conditioning, private bathroom.
Due to the pandemics breakfast is not available, but there is a terrace you can use, a coffee , snacks or water machine in the lobby, a fridge for the guests. Overall it is not luxurious, but it is clean and comfortable at a reasonable price. No TV or hair-dryer in the room.

It was very affordable but service is minimum: Someone to greet you only between 8am and 8pm; They will not clean your bedroom/fix your bed/change your towels unless you specifically ask for it. Bedroom was very simple (not even a TV which I didn't mind since I am not in Venice to watch TV!) but clean. You might hear your noisy neighbors in the next bedroom. Mine was a real pain!! Also I am not sure why they do not provide breakfast anymore. They say it's because of Covid but they have a couple of very large rooms, and it shouldn't be an issue. I like hotel wich provide breakfast because then you are ready for a full day of exploring. Starting your day on an empty stomac is not cool.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Casa Accademia is great place for your Venecian experience! A historic building with great view in the center of the city. Very clean and bright! The staff is very friendly, with good local tips and a big smile. The place to enjoy the city, without the busy rythm. Authentic experience, grazie:)

All over the internet, there are messages saying your hotel is refundable. It turns out this is not.
Yes, I sent a message I was sick on a Friday, I was supposed arrive the next
TUESDAY and you can't rent the room to someme else? Why say you hold a room for 2 days, if you receive a message I was sick? I have all this recorded on my phone. I don't think it is a good idea to have a guest sick in your hotel in a pandemic. This is why it took me a while to contacted you. I contacted you recently as I am not sick anymore.Venice is busy and that was prior the Venice Bienalle open. I honestly don't believe you left rhe room empty.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I've stayed here two years ago, had good experience, came back this year and surprisingly got the same room as the last time, so it totally felt like coming home! Nice choice if you travel alone and prefer a calm place in a calm area of Venice. The rooms are very tidy, have some useful stuff (water boiler, coffee, tea bags, shampoo, anti-mosquito device). And the staff team are super helpful and friendly! Will come back again for sure.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed there a little over four years ago. The world has changed a lot since then...but I remember fondly my time there...What a wonderful location for walking and exploring, catching the vaporetto all over Venice and the nearby islands. Just a walk away from the most wonderful shopping and restaurants. The room was fairly basic but there was everything I needed and I remember the staff were wonderfully helpful. I hope to return one day.
