We stayed 2 Nights and it was totally worth it. The location is very good 3 minutes to one and 3 minutes to the other ship station. The room is quiet, the wifi and room service is good, AC works. The breakfast is not to recommend but what to expect from an Italian breakfast that is included for free.

I appreciated my stay in Hotel Belle Arti in September 2021. Breakfasts in a nice atmosphere on the terrasse, nice staff. The location is just great and really practical: direct lines to/from the airport + different vaporetti options to move around + Academia bridge really close, which make it easy to discover Venice by foot. Venitian style rooms, but some equipment could be renovated to make it even better.

I stayed at this hotel for two nights. The positive: Location is probably a 4/5 , and a 20 walking distance from main attraction, in a quiet area. it took me half hour though to get there on a bus boat. The bed is comfy and the room is fairly clean and decorated in classic wallpaper. But read on... Then you have the first impression, the receptionist, who seemed to have been picked up from a motel or somewhere, with no hospitality manners, or understanding of how to welcome guests. "Hi... what's your name?... ok. Here's your card to your room, go outside, the yellow building...breakfast is served 7 to 10 (or sth like that). " That was all I got from her, and a white plastic card with a hand-written hotel number (and she seemed to actually be good in English) Going out, it took me a minute to spot the yellow 'hotel' building, and when I entered the building, I faced an empty reception, dark staircase, and absolutely no one to ask for help. Then the room itself, which was shockingly smelly, with no proper ventilation, until I had to open the windows to let the air flow. I shouldn't sound surprised, but the breakfast situation was not any better: Crowded room, with no covid safety measures whatsoever. Bad coffee (which has to be listed as a crime in Italy), no plastic gloves or even hand santitizer at disposal, and an OK variety of food. If I hadn't stayd in another hotel in Italy, I would've thought that this was it, but this hotel had taken everything to its extreme end. All in all, bad covid hygiene, terrible staff behaviour, bad room ventilation, but OK location comfortable bed and a very beautiful garden (if you ever come to use it).

When entering, we were greeted by friendly hotel staff. The rooms were clean and much more beautiful than in the photos online (. The breakfast was very good with freshly bakes eggs and saucages, bacon, cake, juices and bread every morning. You are located just outside the busy tourist center of Venice, which is nice because after a long day of walking and sightseeing, you want a little peace and quiet sometimes. If you have trouble finding some tourist attractions or great restaurants/bars, the hotel staff recommends you some good places. Overall a great experience for a 3-star hotel!! I would surely recommend this hotel :)

Good location.. however.. don’t think for a second the receptionist here will take care of you or make amends for double booking your room. Whilst my partner and I were sleeping, another couple entered the room under the impression it was their room! We then went to the receptionist for an explanation and insurance this would not reoccur, she could barely take her eyes from the computer she was so indulged in! Whilst the room was clean, don’t expect yourself to be, as the shower head sprayed everywhere but downwards! Beds are also two singles, not a double or queen. Utterly unprofessional!

Very terrible experience the room maintenance lady just opens the room door and came in without even informing or knocking the door.. luckily I had just finished changing my clothes.. at night times there was no hot water coming from the shower or the tap after calling the reception couple of regarding the hot water dint get any response from them and the worse part was the communication barrier no staff members could hardly speak or understand English and the city tax was been told to pay in cash during check out which was not informed that they don’t accept card only which I had to go around looking for any ATM very very poor service according to 3 stars standard I suggest anyone booking here please do some research it’s not worth spending money here all you’ll get is disappointment

We stayed in hotel Belle Arti for about 4 nights. We are really satisfied from the room (206), excepting the bathroom shower (it need renovation). The staff was friendly and kind. The breakfast was always fresh and you can choose various sweet or salted stuffs like croissants, cakes, yoghurt, cheese, salami, bread, eggs and many more things. Also you have choice of coffee, juice, water. Check in is from 13:30 and check out from 11 o'clock. You have to pay extra every day tax for about 7€ only cash.
