D	Dennis Odom on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great service. Great value. Rooms were spacious, like a small apartment, which is pretty unusual for Italy. Bathrooms were"American" size. They even excited is to a top local restaurant.
J	Justine La on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ PERFECT location, VERY central but still extremely peacefull, quiet. The the reception is classy, and the building is nice and stylish !! The room is big enought for a few days stay, tidy, well furbished and very clean. They make up the room daily if you put the sign on. Coffee, tea, local biscuits and bottles of waters are offered, as well as toileteries. And last but not least, the staff is great, welcoming and helpfull. Excellent !
M	Michelle Byrne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was extremely disappointed in the size of the room. It's advertised as 21m². It's not. I think the owners mixed up the 2 and the 1. It's a very pretty room with a fabulous view of the canal but it is a small room. Deluxe it is not.
A	AV C on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Reservation canceled the day before the arrival, which caused quite some issues with my wife and baby. They say they couldn't pre-charge the card but the bank said they didn't even try (successfully or not). Other structures around could immediately authorize the card without any issue. My guess is they sold the room to friends and family or to other clients and did their best to avoid the great offer I initially had on the room. Very shady practice that could have turned out horribly for my family.
T	Tony Fuller on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ As part of a touring holiday in Italy we wanted 1 night in Venice. We found this on the internet it sounded fine so we booked it. It is exactly as it says. Very close to St Marks Sq, very easy to find, the management were there to greet us & could not have been more helpful. We booked a room overlooking the Canal. It had two windows overlooking a busy Gondola pick up point. So with the windows open we could hear the occasional rendition of O Sole Mio or similar as they go by. Close the window and you hear nothing. They say the rooms are soundproof, & we certainly heard nothing. The room was not huge but certainly big enough and bigger than most chain hotel rooms, beautifully decorated complete with a good size wardrobe and coffee maker. ( there was a TV but we did not try it ). The bed was large and comfortable. The bathroom is big complete with Bidet & Bath, though the shower is an over bath type. For us this was perfect. When we go back this will be the 1st choice for accommodation & we would not hesitate to recommend it to friends.
A	Ana Conde on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great option to stay in Venice. The location is perfect, the staff is very nice and the rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. You can’t get breakfast, but there are tons of good options around to get a bite, so it’s not a big deal. Would come back for sure.
K	Khrene Cleaver on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place has balconies overlooking a small canal. The interior looks to be original to the building and is gorgeous. No kitchen, no washer, no breakfast, but still worth it. The staff are cool and know where to eat well and reasonably priced.
N	Nico on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I wouldn't really call this a hotel. This is more like a flat or a house with four different stories and about four bedrooms per story. The Suite on top is phenomenal though it has stairs that go up to a Terrace with its own private balcony that overlooks the city. The place is very clean. You can control your own AC and has cable TV mostly channels in Italian though. The people running the hotel or of the same ethnicity and don't stay there, they stay around the corner. And there's no breakfast not even croissants or coffee. Well there's coffee in the room. And some biscuits. The place is very clean now and very beautiful. It's in a good location but very difficult to find. I only give it three stars because of the lack of help from the hotel that was available. And for the price but it's a very nice place.
