★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff are not so helpful. No real views of the lagoon. Mattresses are very firm. But very clean and located in an excellent area of Venice to get out and see the sights. Be forewarned they do require you to leave the room key at the front desk. It is not allowed to leave the hotel

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are really nice, neat and clean. The staff is kind and ready to help. The breakfast offers everything fresh, from delicious bread to croissants, among other great choices. Cappuccino and coffee is from an automatic machine but nonetheless good. The area is very convenient, close to piazza San Marco. I'll definitely come back. Highly recommended!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. Super clean and newly redone rooms. Air conditioning works great which is definitely a plus in Italy during summer. Staff is helpful. Nice breakfast served right outside your room. Would definitely stay here again.

There is the station 'Accademia' near the hotel, so it was bequem by vaporetto to go anywhere
Check-in in this the Hotel is at 14.00 (02.00p.m.)
Although we have come earlier and about 13.00 (01.00p.m) we could checkin.
The room is clean.
The servis is very good.
Room was two-level, on the top floor are two beds and two bedside tables and two lamps. There is a big bed, a safe, a refrigerator, a wardrobe, TV, a table and also an air conditioning and a kettle, on the lower level. There is a shower, a sink, a toilet and a bidet, a hair dryer in the bathroom.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The heater in the bathroom was stuck on high. We tried opening the window and keeping the door closed, but the godzilla mosquitoes still got in and ate me alive. Bed and pillows were the firmest I had experienced in Italy (out of 4 hotels). I had requested extra pillows, we finally got them after the third ask. The receptionist finally just took us to the supply closet himself. It was a nice big room, but not very comfortable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ quite and cozy. all you need to rest in Venice. 2’ walk to the nearest bridge, ACTV and a Gondola stop. 10-15’ wall to the most important attractions!
room is ok, large enough, well equipped, far from street noise.

Beautiful hotel, very clean, fantastic staff,very punctual for the breakfast we ordered.
Entire staff specially Enrico was a great help for us from the day we booked the hotel till the day we came back. He helped us to understand the best places to visit in Venice and also helped us for booking the taxi.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We’ve stayed here twice and had a good experience both times. The rooms were not plush but very comfortable, roomy, and had all the necessities. It was a quiet place to stay and on Sunday morning we opened our window shutters to let the amazing morning sun in and listen to the church bells as we had a proper lay-in. The location is quite convenient for vaparetto transport or just to walk. We would stay here again and certainly recommend to others.
