β β β β β Great location, clean, friendly staff, no issues with noise. The shower area was quite narrow - not a real issue, but itβs the only negative aspect that I can mention.

Great location and staff, with small, clean, plain well decorated rooms in a second floor. Don't expect any luxury, just a place to sleep and wake up early to go walk.

β β β β β Excellent location, 5-10min walk to main square, plenty of shops bars and restaurants with good prices nearby. Owner is very helpful marking out great local spots to visit and eat and good advice on getting around the islands. Rooms have everything you need and very comfortable

β β β β β Nice, sweet hotel which is a bit hidden, yet quite central, very friendly staff, sweet and clean rooms. Hotel has no elevator, stairs only but staff offers to carry the suitcases up to your room. Hotel offers a little water bottle for each guest which is in the mini bar. And hotel took the time to provide those guests with information and a map of the city!

β β β β β Amazing location, the owner is super nice and the rooms are quite big for Venice. They let us keep the room until 4:30pm which was really appreciated. Will definitely come back next time in Venice.
