β β β β β Very terrible service and arrogant staff. The two staff in stores were both Chinese, one of the girls was very friendly and professional, the other one had a terrible attitude. Very off putting and disappointing. I am very surprised that valextra would tolerate this level of service in their store. Completely ruined our shopping experience in Venice. Especially since we came to Venice looking for valextra knowing they donβt have stores in Florence or Rome.
