★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Basic hotel in a very good location. Price was good for 4 nights) Breakfast is very good - lots to choose at the continental breakfast. Tea, coffee and juice - all good. The room we was in was clean but the bathroom is out of date. I did not find the location of the room to be noisy our window did not face the court yard. Mosquitoes (we went 1st week of May) make sure you bring bite cream and also 2 x packs of blister plasters with you (very expensive to buy in Venice). We arrived before the hot weather - no sewage smell - 70% of sewage goes in the canals. This is a known fact about Venice - ie the smell. The staff were friendly - there is a booking in time and on leaving don’t forget to pay the island tax ? per person! We did have aircon in the room but so old it made the room bearable. Find a local supermarket such as SPAR and get drinks! Or snacks. Small fridge but we took our lunches with us.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Good location, adequate breakfast, reasonably friendly staff (typical for Italy) room pretty standard - aircon wasn't the best but kept the room overall an okay temperature. Location again was good and reasonably cheap. Venezia was expensive so this is a reasonable hotel.

Very clean, good breakfast. Really nice and helpfull staff. Has a lovely garden where you can take your breakfast if you want.
We weren't expecting such a good experience since in old venice everything seems a little old and the price was ok.
Wilyl book it again if we repeat the trip to venice.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have traveled in most of the countries of Europe and, without a doubt, this hotel is the one that has given me the worst treatment. I had to cancel the reservation for 3 days, for personal reasons I can not travel. And they have done all the banking charge for the 3 nights, with no possibility of compensation for a trip that can not be made. This type of attitude shows that it is a lodging that does not pursue the well-being of the clients and the satisfaction of the travelers, but only to profit in the greatest way, without even having provided the service. It is unfortunate that there are businesses like this, so I do not recommend hiring this accommodation, because the customer service is the worst I have seen for a long time as a traveler. I have called by phone to reach an agreement and the person has been rude and unpleasant. So much that even has hung the call without giving me option to finish talking. Businesses that only intend to earn money in this way, deserve that the comments are reflected, so they can not scam other customers. The worst hotel in Venice.
