★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst customer service ever!! Great location and cute style but I do not recommend this hotel. Very rude staff!! I had made my booking on Priceline and the day we left the hotel, they called requesting for payment saying I was not charged for the room. I was a little surprised because I thought Priceline already charged me or wil at least send my card info to them. I explained that I was still travelling in Italy and had no data or wifi so it will take time to send a payment. 2 days later, my sister and I received an email from the hotel accusing us of being dishonest and threathened to put us on the black if they did they not receive payment for both rooms. These people are idiots and rude!!! First off, my sister' room was under her name and already paid for so not sure why she got an email. Of course when they found out , they never apolize to her. Secondly, I had already explained my situation on the phone so giving me more than 2 days could have been the least they could do. Until this days, I had emailed them requesting an apology for treating us this way but never got an answer. This just proove that this buisness lack of integrity!
