L' Event Manager di Belmond Hotel Cipriani ci ha consigliato Venice First, definendola una delle migliori. Beh, visto che ci si sposa una volta sola, perché non prendere il meglio? Elisa, una persona fantastica insieme al suo team, ha realizzato il nostro sogno, proprio come lo volevamo. Con il suo senso del bello e dell'eleganza ha portato un tocco speciale in ogni particolare. E' difficile rendere a parole quello che per noi Venice First ha rappresentato. Come hanno detto tutti i nostri amici durante la festa: questo matrimonio è semplicemente insuperabile! Grazie di cuore a Elisa e a tutto il team di Venice First!
 My husband, my mother and I have decided to turn to a wedding planner for a wedding in Venice. The Belmond Hotel Cipriani Event Manager recommended Venice First, calling it one of the best. Well, since you get married only once, why not take the best? Elisa, a fantastic person with her team, realized our dream, just like we wanted it. With his sense of beauty and elegance he has brought a special touch to every detail. It is difficult to put into words what Venice First has represented for us. As all our friends have said during the party: this marriage is simply unbeatable! Many thanks to Elisa and all the Venice First team!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This incredible team took it in their hands to deliver an EXCEPTIONAL birthday party! They made each of my visions a reality and surpassed my expectations by a landslide! Elisa, Barbara and their amazing team arranged the most spectacular treasure hunt for a large group and it was everything I imagined and more! Then the party...oh wow they were given a blank canvas and boy did they create a party to remember and one that would be impossible to beat! Thank you beyond my wildest dreams for a birthday and memories we will never forget!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Had a meeting with Elena at the office in Venice, she was kind and pleasant. However, after discussing my inquiry she did not follow thru as a professional. According to our discussion during the meeting she was supposed to follow up within two days with a couple of options and with some details about the contract. Instead, after 4 days I had to reach out to her with an update, no options were given only the fee for her service. I find this "event company" very unprofessional. I'm glad I found another company who was able to meet my standards.

After few moments, I realized that the level of knowledge of the complexities of Venice of this Agency would have been a key driver for a successful planning and execution of my project.
Ms Rioda and her staff not only became actively involved in all the phases of the venture but added insightful hints to enrich the venture with truly unique features.
In a nutshell I would definitely recommend to everyone seeking high quality and top assistance this young, stylish and dynamic company.

My husband and I eloped in Venice and they made everything we envisioned for the day a reality - We live in the states and were able to plan everything perfectly via email/phone/skype. Not only were they so easy to communicate with, but they truly listened and understood every detail we gave them through out the whole process. They were incredibly professional and all the vendors they work with are outstanding. Highly recommend !

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Venice First is run by a very competent team. We had a winter seminar in Venice just after the floods in December 2019 and the team had made sure that there was a plan B for every activity. They were present throughout the event to help and advise, and nothing seemed to be a problem for them. Their organisation was perfect, efficient and cheerful. Feedback from our executives was very positive. Highly recommended.

We had a big company event in Venice with about 100 participants from all over the world.
Venice First gave us very good and honest advice from day one.
Especially to emphasize was the very good communication at all times.
Elena and Chiara were always available as contact persons and were very reliable.
The on-site implementation was very professional and all suppliers were very well chosen.
We really recommend to work with Venice Frist and would do so again at any time.

My husband and I needed help in planning and coordinating our destination wedding to take place in Venice, Italy for a total of 40 people traveling from California, Sweden, Guatemala, and El Salvador. I can happily say our wedding was out of a dream, thanks to the amazing coordination and help I received from Venice First, specifically from our wedding Coordinator, Elisa Bassich. We live in California, and quickly learned that we needed a wedding coordinator to make our destination wedding happen. The company was recommended to us by our wedding venue, and I am so glad for their advise. Elisa was prompt, professional, and kind. She stayed on top of me and my husband as far as what was needed to coordinate the wedding (which we needed, because we were procrastinating on items due to both of us having demanding jobs). Elisa also kindly provided her honest opinion on her professional experience when it came to everything, which again, we appreciated.
