A place worth recommending - a spacious apartment, or rather an 80m apartment in the only part of Venice where you can see the trees and the park. The advantages are obvious. To St. Mark about 2km or about 30-40 min walk.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La casa è molto grande e accessoriata di tutto ed è collocata in una zona molto verde e molto tranquilla di Venezia. La proprietaria è gentilissima che è molto disponibile e ci ha seguito in tutte le fasi del check-in e anche dello spostamento dal tronchetto fino a Sant'Elena. Quando tornerò a Venezia verrò assolutamente di nuovo qui!
The house is very large and equipped with everything and is located in a very green and very quiet area of Venice. The owner is very kind who is very helpful and followed us in all the phases of check-in and also from the transfer from the log to Sant'Elena. When I return to Venice I will come back here again!
