If you have kids and need a place to play in Venice it is hard to find. Just off the S. Elena bus stop, with tons of shade, bathroom (WC) and coffee shop and cafe in walking distance. Paths to walk in the shade, nice and breezy just off the water. For families, this is a great spot!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It is a very beautifully park with a great view on the ocean and Lido.
There is a Vaporetto station and a lot of places to sit. Also an Edicola with books and newspapers.
It is a very different flair than in the rest of the city, it feels like a normal living quarter.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The only park space you will find in Venice. Great if you have a dog (beware most dog owners do not use a leash and there's plenty of poo bombs. The irresponsibility infuriates me). If Venice wants some extra money, drop authority there daily and FINE people!! Great if you like to walk/jog/run. There are a few good stretches of hard and gravel payment. There's also some workout equipment although much of it needs repair. Great for a picnic. Avoid if there's a match; the stadium is at the end of the park and it gets Cray on match days.

It's very quiet and has a playground for kids.
A small bar in the middle of the park when you can enjoy nature and the sun set.
