It is the only university residence in the world that welcomes 240 students without guaranteeing them a kitchen !!!! There is no kitchen and the only available refreshment area is dirty and hygiene is desired

It is good that you are in Venice, but you could also be more efficient. Once in the room there was nothing. Even at midnight in three rooms there were no sheets, no towels, no toilet paper. Obviously thinking there was soap was utopia. Unseemly!

It is the worst place to stay in Venice. I tell you my experience. I lived 4 months in this residence. When I arrived my room was dirty and I had to clean the whole room. They charge you to wash and dry your clothes, and more than that, the dryers aren't even worth it. The kitchen is too dirty, there are spiders. Besides that, there are two kitchens with capacity for 10 people maximum. And they do not take into account that there are approximately 200 people who live in the residence. That is why each person chooses to buy an electric stove and cook in the room, but you must be careful because they discovered me cooking in the room and first the guard opened my room without my permission. Later I got an email that I have a fine of 100 euros for cooking in my room. But the problem is that they don't even have a place in the right conditions to cook. Besides that, the refrigerators are dirty. When you arrive at the residence you must make a reservation of 460 euros to reserve your room. In the end they deducted 280 euros from my rent for the last month. Plus 25 euros for cleaning, plus 55 euros for the internet which by the way is limited and super slow, and the 100 euros fine for cooking in the room. In the end they ended up not giving me back any of my leftover money, they said they couldn't deposit me because it was too little money to deposit into my account, so they kept the money. It is a place with precocious conditions to live. If you come to live in Venice, don't come to this place because you can get better places to live for the same price.
