Very cute hotel. Easy accessability to the water bus bit away from crowds. Cute restaurant down the street. Hotel was clean and very Venetian looking, very well kept

This is one of the cheaper places we can find in Venice and it exceeded our expectations. Very clean and modernized rooms. Has all the amenities a traveling American family would look forward to. Ask for a 2nd floor unit or higher and you will get a nice view of the water with boats passing. For Pokemon players, the units are in range of a Pokestop.

2019, September 6, rooms 203 & 204. Nice apartments BUT... Day 5 ... Despite my calls, my emails, I'm still waiting for the change of my towels, normally scheduled after 3 days. Next time, I will also wait for the payment. Please do not send me your standard answer: 'our apologies, we will organize it tomorrow' but act!

Best Apartment Ever! Ideally located, quite and beautiful! A bed you can only dream about... All the equipment you need is at hand, like a dishwasher, a washing machine and a espresso machine... Lots of space and San Marco on 10 minutes distance with the boot, ideal!

This property is absolutely AMAZING! I am so glad I spent many hours researching the options for accommodation and choosing the best value for money because this is it! I recommend this apartment especially for families with kids. The apartment is absolutely HUGE, in fact, you could probably get another few beds in the spaces it provides. Beautifully decorated, a massive comfy bed in the main bedroom and very large pull out in the smaller (but still very large) bedroom which is more than adequate for children. 2 amazing, modern and clean bathrooms with 2 showers and a bath. The kitchen is great, a powerful microwave and a large fridge freezer, and a hob, loads of pots and pans and crockery, a coffee machine and a kettle, and a godsend dishwasher and a washing machine in the 2nd bathroom. I brought my own dishwasher tablets and washing up liquid sachets, but they were actually provided anyway, as were plenty of complimentary toiletries and a few bits of food and drink condiments. There's a huge living area space with a sofa and a very big table and chairs, and a stunning view over the canal and over to Venice to watch the boats (and ginormous cruise ships!) go by. I adored waking up before everyone else and having a cup of a tea looking out in the morning, watching all the boats go by doing their business. The whole building is grande, spotlessly clean, very secure and safe, well maintained and very luxurious. The communication proper to arriving was great, there was no visable staff during our stay but this caused no issues at all. Check in was instant via the telephone provided on the desk, access is gained via a code provided (but be aware you have to enter it very very quickly on the door panel or it resets without letting you know... We thought we were locked out a few times at night before we upped the speed a bit!). Giudecca is stunning, very quiet and quaint and you're glad to return to such tranquility after a busy day on Venice. There's 2 vaporetto stops close by, and a brilliant Coop supermarket... We bought essentials for very little cost, and travelled everywhere by water bus (9 min approx to Venice with great views on the way!) with Venezia Unica passes which were amazing value for money. I recommend a trip to the islands of Lido and Burano (esp Burano, which is stunning) and also taking one of the main vaporetto routes down the Grand Canal at night, it is so stunning in the dark that its hard to believe what you're seeing is real! One last point to be aware of... There are very decent restaurants on Giudecca but they are VERY expensive and don't tend to do smaller portions for kids, so eating out can be extortionate and a bit of a shock - unexpectedly, we found restaurants cheaper and better value for money over on Venice. Overall, I very much doubt you'd get better value for money than this apartment, it is simply stunning and you absolutely won't regret it if you have children with you. I loved it so much that I was a bit gutted we had such action packed days out sightseeing, as we didn't get to spend much time in this beautiful apartment! Thank you & grazi Al Redentore for enabling us to have such a great trip and make such memories!

Spacious, well maintained, very nice location - Away from the center and a 10 minutes ride by boat to San Marco. Was there in December. It has been such an enjoyable stay that I am planning to do it again next year... the staff is also very helpful and courteous. Perfection!

We have stayed here twice. The first time we stayed on the third floor (top floor). It was perfect. Very quiet. Clean and spacious rooms and equally good bathrooms. The kitchen is also well furnished. Impressed by the services, we decided to stay here again. The second time we stayed on the first floor which was quite noisy as the ceilings are very thin. We could hear the loud (probably normal) footsteps made by the people staying on the floor above us which was constantly annoying us. Made the last visit a little unpleasant.

Awesome apartment. Little off the beaten path so makes for a quiet setting. Very spacious compared to a normal US hotel. Has small kitchen too so we were able to eat a few meals in. Close to public bus/boat stations and a few decent restaurants near by. Front desk staff very friendly and helpful with local transport and sights. Will definitely recommend to friends and use again if we come back to venice.
