Per arrivarci bisogna entrare in un viale che sembra privato, ma non lo è, la vicino c'è una piccola darsena e un rimessaggio per tenere le imbarcazioni d'inverno.
Vicino alle darsena c'è un ristorante con una vista stupenda sulla laguna.
