★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst company is Hertz, including Thrifty and Dollar, all the same company. They will flip the AM and PM on your reservation to charge penalties and extra money. We weren't only people this happened to. We even had it booked online. . . Scammers.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely the worst. Even with a reservation you need to wait in line, give a mobile number, wait to be called, go through entire rental process again. Then wait in line some more. After an hour I gave up on Avis and went to Europcar. Europcar had me in a car in 15 minutes although a higher price. Its absolute chaos and I have never seen an organisation managed so poorly.
