The Maggiore at the Naples Railway center is Naples has the most rude staff and absolutely terrible customer service. They didn't ever properly communicate to us about what we needed to sign. One person was only spoke French and the other who spoke some English was to busy yelling at a lady who didn't understand the process to get her vehicle, as she didn't speak English or Italian. We found some minor paint damage on the car (very edge of the passenger door panel) that they refused to write on the pre vehicle inspection form. We declined the damage protection so I can only assume it's so they can try to charge us for it when we return the car. Charged us a hidden holding fee of $90 euros, that they didn't tell us would happen. Email said 119.62 euros due upon pick up. Nothing else. When we arrived to the desk on July 27th to pick up the car at 1315hrs. they told us the car would have to be back at 1315hrs. on the return date. When we said we're not even in the car yet and what happens if we don't get the papers signed and into the car for another half an hour, the woman at the counter (younger dark hair Italian woman) yelled at us. Me as the driver was never spoken to in a language I understood. My fiancee was spoken to by the male employee in French, as he only spoke French and Italian. My fiancee hardly understands French and communicated that to the man. Worst experience of our 2 week travels across Italy, which started at Zurich Switzerland. We are both dreading the return of the car, as we'll have to deal with Maggiore staff again. I wish there was a way I could rate this company and their customer service without having to give even 1 star, but Google reviews won't allow it.

They have taken money out of my account after 3 months!!! after renting a car from them ...no notice ,no email or message, phone call...nothing...and I didn't own them anything, I paid all when I was in Italy (in August)and now is November...I emailed them and they don't reply . When I rented the car everything was good ,nice and polite staff ,the car was amazing...I couldn't say anything bad about them , but a few days ago I was shocked that they're taking money out of my account ?Speechless...

As usual scam with the company trying to sell you an insurance because your credit card doesn't work for a 600€ deposit. Suddenly it works for a 100€ deposit if buy the insurance...

The guard at night that opens the door at the entrance, did not speak english. Took me ten minutes to understand where to put the keys.. when i told him to speak in english, he told me here is italy...

Just got the car. Mr. Giovanni, one of the sales people, was amazing! So kind, professional, explained everything, upgraded us to a bigger car as the one we chose would have been too small for 3 adults and 2 children. After a long day travelling, being welcomed by such an excellent customer service is really what you need!! Thank you!

Hard to find. No visible signs towards Hertz center from aeroport. However decent information and correct rental company

It's a bit lame, not that many cafes around. Coming in by car was treacherous, give yourself extra time and prepare for a lot of queuing.

Giancarlo served me at around midnight. He was super friendly and very helpful. Gave me a free upgrade and good advice to help me save money. If you get Giancarlo at Maggiore then you are sorted. Thank you ?
