AVOID!!!!!!!!! I made a booking through easyterra.com for a 3 day 96 euro rental. At the counter they charged me ADDITIONAL 112 (one HUNDRED and twelve) euro "insurance" because they "couldn't" accept my husband's credit card for their OUTRAGEOUS 850 euro deposit!!!! AWFUL client service, unhelpful, unsympathetic stuff and attitude. Vacation on the Amalfi coast RUINED with this scammer company first thing upon arrival in Naples. DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR and choose a different company!

Ended up costing triple what I booked it for due to ridiculous rules around leaving a credit card. Still have not had my deposit back despite a number of requests. Unable to get hold of company or have my money returned. Was charged Β£60 for a quarter of a tank... ridiculous. Avoid.

Booked a car via Expedia’s website, and honestly I have never heard of this company before hand. However at the pick up point at airport, the gentleman at the counter dismissed what Expedia has explained and demanded a €800.00 deposit which I found it astronomical after hiring in many occasions car in the area. Nevertheless, car was ready at pickup point and due to heavy rain didnt bothered to double check for few bumps which the guy mention at handing the keys. On motorway to Sorrento rain stopped and i had chance of seeing which bumps were written up, i found 12 and contradict what they said! In the inside it was filthy, car boot in need of good hoover, and worst of all while driving two emergency lights switched on, engine management was serious and luckily stopped at petrol station with mechanical person on site and after checking it up, he told me the car had no oil and if i drove would have made lots of damages to the car. Put two litre of oil and received a receipt which eventually sent it to B-rent believing it would have beeing reimbursement!! How i was so wrong they dishonesty was very rife. Never believe that a €16.00 bill would take more than a month to process. In fact i did believe to be a farce with no intention to pay back and i have been right all along. How dishonest and shamefully these individuals are.

I had the worst customer experience of my life with this car rental company and i am sharing this publicly only as to help other people that intend to travel to Italy to be very careful prior booking a car through B-Rent agency. Just to name the core things out of this terrible experience where we took the car in Milan and dropped it off at Naples airport: 1. On the drop off, we literally almost lost our flight as we had been trying to reach them over the phone for 3 hours (in all available phones - even Milan office) without them picking up. At the voucher they had given that was written that we needed to arrange over the phone the delivery point/details. The address of the office was not the right one at least at all GPS guides we could use, it was located inside the Long term parking lot of the airport which was mentioned NOWHERE and we were searching for it for almost 2 hours around the airport area. 2. When we got the car, they did not even bring the vehicle to the renting place. Instead, we walked with luggage around 800m and when we reached the respective parking lot their representative there asked us to go to the respective floor and look for it amongst other cars with zero guidance on the specific spot or how we will get out of the parking lot. The whole process of renting took around 1,5h!!!! 3. The car was DIRTY inside when we got it and when i asked even for a voucher to take it myself for cleaning the answer was indifferent and the option i was given was for them other availability on other cars and initiate the whole process from scratch. 4. The car maybe had not done any service for the past years as you could feel total instability when drivign in highway with slipping tires and feeling every single bump on the way. let alone, those days it was raining and the wipers were totally worn out plus no water for the front glass. 5. We got zero guidance for the cars driving specs, watchouts, emergency cases, etc. 6. Today is the 4th day and still i have no news on the gas reserved bank amount they block from your account proactively and it is not yet released. It is very very disappointing for a car agency working with tourists to be so unprofessional and instead of enabling creating so many issues during your travel experience. My advice is to avoid any rental experience.

If you drop the car out of hours, make sure to take photos of the car itself. The car rental company has claimed there was a new dent on my car (which seems to be the size of a coin), and is trying to charge me €700 for it. Absolute scamsters. Aside from this, the car I rented vibrated at 100km/h on motorways, and the tracking was off so it pulled to the left heavily. Just don't rent here.

Want to say I was apprehensive before renting the car. There have been so many bad reviews about the company and I even considered canceling the deal and paying more for another company. I finally went with the heart and stayed with B RENT. Want to say that everything was beyond expectation. The service in receiving the vehicle, in return. The vehicle type was good (except for a few tin injuries that did not bother me). Really worth all the compliments.

Worst ever! The car was extreme bad!! No brake, no front light, not working the traction controll and not working the wiper! Bad company!! Never again!!!!

After having the beginning of my Amalfi holiday ruined by Sicily By Car where I was not given the car I had paid for and did not even get my money refunded (total scammer, AVOID them), I went around to other rentals at Naples Airport to see what my options to save my holiday were. B-Rent had the best offer price wise so I said to myself that I would risk it and try with them. The guy who was at the reception was super cool, gave me a German car (I explicitly said that I do not want any Italian cars). We chatted for a bit, he explained me all the conditions, gave me instructions and I left with the car. Everything was as it should be with the car, I didn't have any problems, they ask you to make a picture of the fuel level when u take the car so you know exactly with how much you have to return it. After the end of my rental, I left the car at the drop off location, chatted for a bit with the guy there and left. I got my deposit back after some time and I am super glad with the whole experience. I know that experiences can vary, but I would recommend hiring a car from Naples Airport with B Rent :))
