★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I rented a car there last week and I had an amazing experience both at pick up and return. The attendant at the counter at my pick up was nice and collaborative - she also gave me the Fiat500 I wanted. Moreover the entire process was smooth. At return, I was about to miss the flight and they were really efficient. I'll rent again this week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Arrived almost at closing time. The desk attendant was quick and efficient and after 15 minutes we were on our way. The car was in good condition and all external damage was properly marked on the forms we signed. The return process was also fast and easy: we just chucked the key in their box. No hidden fees and very reasonable rates if you order on their website.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worst customer service (rude woman taking private calls on whats app while making us wait), took an hour to get the car, didn't want to give my passport back. I wish Ryanair would screen the companies before providing services like this..

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I could not rent the car, but I paid for it in advance, because they did not accepted my card for deposit.
No solution, no advice, just they told me to go away, I can not rent any car at Leasys... I have lost my pre-paid money, and had to to use another rental company who could use my card without any problem! That was even more expensive in lack of online reservation in advance!
Huge disappointment!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This rental was really hard work so I cannot recommend it. I picked up the car in Naples airport and I am so disappointed the rumours are true about being swindled. Because this city and people are lovely. But not at this Leasys rental - the customer service is not just poor they outright try and cheat you. There were a few minor issues with the car on pick up. We flagged these, we were told it was all ok not to worry. We should get going with our trip and enjoy. When I returned the car it was a totally different attitude. Every snag which was pre-existing was put under question whether we had caused it - ‘why was it not wriitten down?’ ‘Where is the evidence it was there before? ‘You have photos of this but what about this scratch?’. One of the men even said ‘ok pay me €40 euros and I won’t report it’. I feel totally disappointed - we were told we signed and accepted the car - which you do before seeing the car and afterwards if something is flagged ‘oh don’t worry… ’ Unfortunately, I saw other people have similar issues so i didn’t feel it was just me. If you read this and still go for Leasys you’re warned - pick up 2 hours early, make them write down all the snags no matter how tiny and take a copy with you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I reserved and paid online so when arrived at the office, everything was fast. The girls were kind and professional. The car, Fiat 500 Hybrid was in good conditions, almost new. Very Quick Pickup/Delivery.
Based on my experience, I can recommend it.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lady at the counter was super-fast. I got my car in 5 minutes, no any attempt to sell additional services or to modify the price. I ordered a Jeep Renegade but got a Cherokee. Car was in good condition and clean. Deposit money were unlocked after 5 days. I was a bit skeptical after reading other reviews, but in my case it went very smooth, thank you Leasys.
