Good trade-off price vs quality. The counter had very poor english. There was not possible to review the contract before sign it. But office is easy to reach via phone and e-mail, they try to help and figure out the issues. We have got bigger car than booked and with auto transmission. Also it was great that the car had factory installation of CNG - this petrol is significantly cheaper that gasoline.

It was very easy, to overtake the car and the car worked really fine, even it had 106.000km already The service was really good and the conditions also If we go to Italy again, we we will rent a car at AUTOVIA again

CAUTION - unfair manners: After we returned our car (without an official check out because it was too early) we received a bill for 86,60 €, 2 weeks later, because a tyre repair kit was missing in the back/boot - it was supposedly under the spare tyre. It would have been our responsibility to check this. Totally disproportionate and unacceptable! Our German rental partner has now taken over the "damage" (which was not caused by us) as a gesture of good will. For me this is a clear rip-off of the company, but I don't want to accuse anyone personally.

Everything was going ok, even if to get to Autovia I had to phone and walk and wait for its shuttle, until I returned the car. It was inspected. No damages. Suddenly, a staff member gets into the car, drives t around, and comes back sayig: there is a problem with the engine! Then I am asked to get into the car and ased to listen to a "sound" when the car turns right. It took a lot of angry shouting, my insistence that they go and have the car checked by a mechanic, before they came bck and said there was no damage. Never never again. Avoid Autovia.

Good service, without any bad surprises as you can read on other reviews. The process was fast even though my credit card expired during the rental period as The staff managed to find me a solution. I definitely recommend autovia *****

Unfortunately, against some good reviews here, I have made a bad experience with this car rental agency in Naples, Italy. Please note that the rental acency doesn't have an office with the other agencies direct at the airport. The way to get there is to call a number (in my case no one has picked up the phone) and afterwards a guy picks you up close to an decommissioned police station. So in the end, it took me roundabout 45 minutes to get there. Furthermore, the experience on scene was worse: I do not own a credit card and never had a problem renting a car by paying the security deposit in cash or with a prepaid card (always max inssurance). They did not let me do this even though I have fully pre-paid my rentalship online! As I was trying to speak to any of the staff they did not care about my issue and told me to look for a solution on my own. As I asked for a refund, they told me they could not do this!! In the end, I have asked the staff to drive me back to the airport as I was not getting any help nor a rental car; and the guy that was driving the van back to the airport dropped me off at a corner far away from the airport as I would not bring them any money. Overall so far my worst experience with a rental car agency. So, be careful out there guys and avoid this place if possible seek a contract with one of the known brands like europcar, sixt, etc. You'll thank me later!

Car was new, staff was very friendly, all in all a great service and experience. A tip for making service smoother: Our pickup location wasn't stated on the voucher, this would be an easy fix to avoid confusion, maybe it is because of booking via third party homepage. A staff member sent us a WhatsApp with the location but the link was not clickable (not a blue hotlink) and just buried in the message so that I didn't manage to copy it. If you send the maps-link in an extra message this would make things easier. Would go with you guys again anytime! Just some thoughts :-) keep up the good work.
