★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiaggia bella perché distante da tutto e tranquilla, poco comoda perché sono scogli e ciotoloni in acqua, non il posto ideale per godersi una giornata in acqua. Ma per girare l'isola di palmaria e fare qualche sosta si.
 Beautiful beach because it is far from everything and quiet, not very comfortable because there are rocks and pebbles in the water, not the ideal place to enjoy a day in the water. But to get around the island of palmaria and make some stops, yes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Posto quasi incontaminato, traghetto da la spezia in vari orari. Ci sono anche due caprette in zona. Appena fuori dalla spiaggia e in vicinanza del ristorante purtroppo ci sono delle rovine di edifici con anche rifiuti abbandonati (bombola gas, ferri, vetri vari). I percorsi a piedi CAI sembrano un po' abbandonati. Si potrebbe migliorare un sacco ma anche questo fa rendere l'idea di isola sperduta. Nota positiva, non si sono visti frammenti di plastica in spiaggia.
Almost untouched place, ferry from la spezia at various times. There are also two goats in the area. Unfortunately, just off the beach and near the restaurant, there are ruins of buildings with abandoned waste (gas cylinder, irons, various glasses). The CAI walking paths seem a bit abandoned. It could be improved a lot but this too gives the idea of a remote island. Positive note, no plastic fragments were seen on the beach.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you walk back away from the main beach, there's a small area where some polished stones meet the water. I found it to have only a few people and to be a bit quieter than the main beach. Here it was lovely.
