★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oggi non essendo ancora stagione balneare c'era poca gente per cui abbiamo fatto il giro dell'isola quasi da soli una vera oasi di pace, spettacolare con paesaggi mazzafiato a picco sul mare . Un giro consigliato per gli amanti del trekking e della natura un oasi di pace.
Today, as it is not yet a bathing season, there were few people for whom we toured the island almost alone, a true oasis of peace, spectacular with wild landscapes overlooking the sea. A tour recommended for lovers of trekking and nature an oasis of peace.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Spiaggia ghiaiosa dal litorale non molto ampio, in alcuni tratti orlato da pini marittimi. La spiaggia è libera, tranne che per uno stabilimento balneare. Il mare è pulito, ideale per fare il bagno perchè la baia è ampia e ben protetta. Meravigliosa la vista su Portovenere.
Pebble beach from the coast not very wide, in some stretches edged with maritime pines. The beach is free, except for a bathhouse. The sea is clean, ideal for swimming because the bay is wide and well protected. Wonderful view on Portovenere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Se non fosse per i sassi (servono le ciabatte di gomma) direi perfetta. Acqua pulita e praticamente piatta a differenza di tutto intorno perché è ben protetta dal vento
If it weren't for the stones (rubber slippers are needed) I would say perfect. Clean and practically flat water unlike everything around because it is well protected from the wind

Gli ombrelloni finiscono presto
Una parte della spiaggia è praticamente solo per abbonati
e l 'accesso al mare agevole ,l'altra parte della spiaggia e piena di sassi e accesso in acqua molto difficoltoso.
Il bar è buono e fornito di tutto.
Docce calde,per arrivare allo stabilimento è necessaria una lunga camminata di circa venti minuti il percorso è leggermente accidentato in alcuni tratti.
L''isola di Palmaria si raggiunge tramite piccoli traghettini che partono da la Spezia o da Porto Venere

Part of the beach is practically only for subscribers
and easy access to the sea, the other part of the beach is full of stones and very difficult access to the water.
The bar is good and stocked with everything.
Hot showers, a long walk of about twenty minutes is required to get to the establishment, the path is slightly bumpy in some sections.
The island of Palmaria can be reached by small ferries departing from La Spezia or Porto Venere
