β β β β β The ice creams are great but... when you take a table and you wait around 20 mins to be served, see a bad-tempered waiter, getting angry with all the tourist (I understand there was a triatlon race in town and it sucks working like that, but you cannot behave that grumpy). After that time this waiter finally came to ask me what I wanted but I already decided to pick an ice cream and leave. He apologized and there was no problem.
But then 3 mins after another waiter, the cheap copy comes and tells you to sit down properly is when you realize what they need is some education.
PS- The ice cream was seriously AMAZING

β β β β β No words. I had to wait for 40 mins for a cocktail and a beer, and some further time to be waited at the table. The personnel was quite rude to me when I told them I intended to leave. In addition to that, both the drinks didn't match my expectations at all. Such an unfortunate experience, which I would never suggest.

β β β β β Worst customer service ever! We asked to be' changed to another table and they acted as if we were asking for something so unreasonable, they were really rude about it, speaking back very loud, and turning their back on us. Horrible experience!

Manager get your businessmodel in practise... location is good, this is not the only thing you can lean on..

β β β β β Great experience! We picked up two focaccia paninis (salami and prosciutto with cheese) plus a beer and an aperol spritz (which the bartender recommended). All was delicious- the paninis were made fresh, were very simple and not heated. Cocktail was refreshing! The takeaway service was friendly and quick.

β β β β β Party of 8 stopped here this morning for coffee. No waiting staff around so we seated ourselves. Waiter appeared, very rudely told us to get up from seats and just wait ..... May I add about 40 available seats with no one else queuing. Waiter really hates his job or tourists I don't know which !!! We ordered coffees which were reasonable but when we went to pay, told by said Waiter to go queue at bar area to pay. Stood in queue for 10 + minutes only to find out from another very present waitress this was the toilet queue !!! Service is appalling... bizarre to think as the economy comes out from this global pandemic that service industries would not value their customers. Would not recommend and will not return here with our custom for the remainder of our 2 week holiday. Revenue lost from this Irish group.

β β β β β Very nice spot where we can see the island in its entirety, the sea far away, people swimming and suntanning, walking by, and the colourful Porto Venere. Our spritz' were served with five cups of crisps, olives and the like. The service was quick. There is space for our kid to walk around.
