I recently needed a visit with an ENT, Dr. Menichella was recommended to me ... I have to say ... nowadays I rarely meet such empathic, professional, kind and above all capable people ... Invece una volta li l'operatore mi ha detto che serviva l'appuntamento. Incompetenti. Sono andato in un altro laboratorio analisi e mi sono trovato bene. I called to do a spermiogram and they told me that I could go during the surgery hours to deliver the sample. Instead, once there the operator told me that an appointment was needed. Incompetent. I went to another analysis laboratory and I was fine.

Vi erano anche alcuni pazienti che dovevano ritirare i referti e che non sapevano che fare. Ho telefonato per avere informazioni, mi hanno risposto, anchein modo piuttosto sgarbato, che avrei dovuto intuire la chiusura visto che il cancello era chiuso. Ritengo che questo sia l'espressione una pessima gestione, bastava apporre un cartello fuori con l'indicazione della chiusura pomeridiana. this afternoon, at about 4.30 pm, I went to the Acilia office and found it closed, without any notice. Tempi di attesa abbastanza brevi in sala, con ritiro dei referti anche online. Alcune prestazioni sono convenzionate con il Servizio Sanitario Nazionale. Il personale è sempre cordiale, gentile e competente. I prelievi, per le analisi del sangue, sono veloci e non lasciano ematomi. È il mio centro di riferimento sin da bambino.
