Ero una cliente fissa, la scorsa settimana ho preso appuntamento per una piega, ma 10 giorni prima dell'appuntamento ho avuto un contatto con un positivo covid, quindi, come da procedure, mi sono messa in quarantena per 7 giorni. Avrei dovuto fare il tampone il mercoledì, dopo 7 giorni appunto, e avere l'appuntamento di sabato. Premetto che sono figlia di medici e la sicurezza a casa mia è sempre al primo posto. Mi sono sentita dire che avrei dovuto rimandare alla settimana successiva, per salvaguardare il negozio. Negozio in cui, preciso, ho più volte visto clienti stare per la durata del trattamento, con la mascherina sotto il naso. Mi sono sentita presa in giro e molto offesa, come cliente, come figlia di un'infermiera che per un anno e mezzo ha trasportato pazienti covid senza sosta, e come persona.
Unfortunately I was very disappointed by the professionalism shown lately. I was a regular client, last week I made an appointment for a hairdo, but 10 days before the appointment I had a contact with a positive covid, so, as per the procedures, I put myself in quarantine for 7 days. I was supposed to have a swab on Wednesday, after just 7 days, and have an appointment on Saturday. I state that I am the daughter of doctors and safety in my home is always in the first place. I was told that I would have to postpone until the following week, to safeguard the shop. Shop where, to be precise, I have repeatedly seen customers stand for the duration of the treatment, with the mask under their nose. I felt teased and very offended, as a client, as the daughter of a nurse who has been carrying covid patients nonstop for a year and a half, and as a person.
