Si sono rifiutati di erogare prestazioni in convenzione adducendo scuse inverosimili.
Decisamente da evitare e da sconsigliare.
 Rude and presumptuous acceptance staff.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HO PRENOTATO UN CICLO DI TERAPIE POMERIDIANE TERMINATE LE QUALI NON MI VEDRANNO PIU'. E' A DIR POCO IMBARAZZANTE LA MANCANZA DI PROFESSIONALITA' DEI FISIOTERAPISTI . INCAPACITA' ACCOMPAGNATA DA UNA NOTEVOLE SUPERFICIALITA' NELLO SVOLGIMENTO DELLA PRESTAZIONE. PECCATO ANNI FA MI ERO TROVATO BENE MA DIPENDE TUTTO DAL PERSONALE CON CUI SI HA LA FORTUNA O SFORTUNA DI CAPITARE IN UN DETERMINATO MOMENTO. PENSO CHE PER UN CENTRO DI FISIOTERAPIA SIA IMPORTANTE MONITORARE LA PROFESSIONALITA' DEI PROPRI OPERATORI
I HAVE BOOKED A CYCLE OF AFTERNOON THERAPIES ENDED WHICH THEY WILL NEVER SEE ME AGAIN. THE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM OF THE PHYSIOTHERAPISTS IS LITTLE EMBARRING. INCAPACITY ACCOMPANIED BY A SIGNIFICANT SURFACE IN PERFORMANCE. SIN SINCE YEARS AGO I HAD BEEN GOOD BUT IT DEPENDS ON EVERYONE WITH WHOM YOU HAVE THE LUCK OR THE BAD LUCK OF HAPPENING AT A CERTAIN TIME. I THINK IT IS IMPORTANT FOR A PHYSIOTHERAPY CENTER TO MONITOR THE PROFESSIONALISM OF ITS OPERATORS

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi sono recata presso lo studio di Casalpalocco per prenotare delle sedute di fisioterapia e devo dire che il personale e' molto gentile e disponibile ed i terapisti molto professionali. Avevo le idee poco chiare sulla possibilita' di farle in convenzione ed il personale della segreteria mi ha spiegato molto bene come fare.
Per altro le tariffe sono accessibili anche se non convenzionate.
Lo consiglio!!
I went to Casalpalocco's studio to book physiotherapy sessions and I must say that the staff is very kind and helpful and the therapists are very professional. I had unclear ideas about the possibility of doing them in the convention and the secretarial staff explained to me very well how to do it.
On the other hand, the rates are accessible even if they are not affiliated.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo studio si trova al piano superiore del centro commerciale all'aperto e può risultare non facile da trovare se non si sa dove guardare.
Velocissima ed efficiente la signora alla reception.
Fisioterapista gentile, ma fermo, con spiegazione dei pro di ogni esercizio, e delle conseguenze del non fare le cose fatte bene.
The studio is located on the top floor of the outdoor mall and may not be easy to find if you don't know where to look.
The lady at the reception was very quick and efficient.
Gentle but firm physiotherapist, explaining the pros of each exercise, and the consequences of not doing things well.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Presso lo studio Ronconi nel giro di un mese ho effettuato per un problema a un piede : Due visite : ortopedico e fisiatra ,una RX, una RMN, una Ecografia , 20 Laserterapie ,10 Massaggi , 10 Ionoforesi. Risultato delle cure modesto , personale sanitario nella norma reception ottima, apparecchiature (laser) a volte obsolete. Piu' di tre stelle non mi sento di dare.
Within a month at the Ronconi clinic I underwent a foot problem: Two visits: orthopedist and physiatrist, an x-ray, an MRI, an ultrasound, 20 laser therapies, 10 massages, 10 iontophoresis. The result of the treatment is modest, the health staff in the standard, excellent reception, sometimes obsolete equipment (lasers). I don't feel like giving more than three stars.
