★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Effettuato tampone molecolare per mio figlio, ho chiesto a mezzo mail se potevano darmi una risposta anticipatamente e nonostante non fosse previsto sono stati estremamente cortesi da fornirmi il risultato nei tempi da me richiesti, cordiali cortesi, assolutamente consigliati.
 Molecular swab carried out for my son, I asked by email if they could give me an answer in advance and although it was not foreseen they were extremely courteous to provide me with the result within the time I requested, cordial courteous, absolutely recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi hanno annullato una visita oculistica per mia moglie che aspettava da una settimana, solo 43 minuti in prima, con la motivazione e che si era rotto un non precisato macchinario. Mia moglie era gia' arrivata ma il medico non era presente. Nel pomeriggio mi richiamano chiedendomi se due giorni dopo ero disponibile per la visita visto che il macchinario funzionava per alcuni casi (quello di mia moglie) e non per altri. Chiedo allora perché non ci hanno ricevuto il giorno stesso e mi dicono che il dottore era andato già via perché il macchinario si era guastato in mattinata. Allora chiedo perché ci hanno avvisato solo 43 minuti prima sede il macchinario era guasta già dalla mattina. Ma non ottengo risposta. Nel frattempo ho dovuto portare mia moglie ad una visita urgente spendendo 60 euro (ad Artemisia sarei stato coperto dall'Assicurazione che prontamente avvisati hanno evidenziato una gravissima mancanza della struttura). Ho chiamato chiedendo di parlare con il direttore sanitario perché esigo da Artemisia il rimborso della visita che ho dovuto sostenere altrove. Sto aspettando ancora che mi chiami ...
They canceled an eye examination for my wife who had been waiting for a week, only 43 minutes earlier, with the motivation and that an unspecified machine had broken. My wife had already arrived but the doctor was not present. In the afternoon they call me back asking me if two days later I was available for the visit since the machine worked for some cases (my wife's) and not for others. I then ask why they did not receive us the same day and they tell me that the doctor had already left because the machine had broken down in the morning. So I ask why they warned us only 43 minutes before the machine was out of order in the morning. But I don't get an answer. In the meantime I had to take my wife to an urgent visit by spending 60 euros (for Artemisia I would have been covered by the Insurance which promptly warned highlighted a very serious lack of the structure). I called asking to speak to the medical director because I demand from Artemisia the reimbursement of the visit that I had to undergo elsewhere. I'm still waiting for you to call me ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prenoto tampone x questa mattina, chi mi risposte dice che dopo un'ora mi arriva l'esito ma ancora non ho ricevuto nessuna risposta. La risposta sarebbe dovuta arrivare dopo un'ora ma sto ancora aspettando.(9:30 tampone/ 18:40 tutto tace). Lo sconsiglio, poca serietà. ?
I book buffer for this morning, whoever answers me says that after an hour I get the result but I have not received any response yet. The answer should have come after an hour but I am still waiting. (9:30 buffer / 18:40 all is silent). I do not recommend it, little seriousness. ?

Ormai sono cliente abituale! Ecografie, lastre, visite specialistiche, esami e tamponi. Ormai praticamente è il mio punto di riferimento e non c’è mai stata una volta in cui sono rimasto deluso.
Veramente un signor Laboratorio.

I am now a regular customer! Ultrasounds, X-rays, specialist visits, exams and swabs. It is now practically my point of reference and there has never been a time when I was disappointed.

Ho usufruito anche del servizio domiciliare per mio padre che ne è rimasto entusiasta per la professionalità e puntualità dei ragazzi che sono venuti.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Abbiamo prenotato un tampone urgente a domicilio e ci hanno dato appuntamento per il giorno successivo, dovendoci sentire la sera stessa per precisare l’orario (doveva richiamarci il laboratorio).
Ma nessuno ci ha chiamato, e provando a contattarli anche tutta la mattina seguente non si è riuscito ad avere risposta.
Ora la bambina dovrà aspettare altri giorni prima di poter essere visitata (è urgente proprio perché serve il green pass anche per portarla dalla sua pediatra), e sta ancora male, quindi sconsiglio di affidare la propria salute a questo centro.
We booked an urgent swab at home and they gave us an appointment for the next day, having to speak the same evening to specify the time (the laboratory had to call us back).
But no one called us, and trying to contact them all the following morning too, we couldn't get an answer.
Now the child will have to wait other days before being able to be examined (it is urgent precisely because the green pass is also needed to take her to her pediatrician), and she is still ill, so I do not recommend entrusting her health to this center.
