Quest'oggi ,come di consueto ho accompagnato mia madre a fare un prelievo del sangue e in considerazione degli evidenti problemi di deambulazione l'addetta alle prenotazioni della cardiologia ha fatto in modo di anticipare ad oggi stesso la visita ed ECG ,piuttosto che tornare la settimana prossima. Inoltre, il prelievo di sangue è stato effettuato inserendo l'ago una sola volta, mentre di solito in altri ambiti sono necessari vari tentativi. Ho chiamato oggi, dopo 30 ore per avere notizie e mi hanno anche risposto scortesemente. È il quarto tampone molecolare che facciamo nel giro di pochi giorni, per 55 euro l’uno. A voi i conti. Se non riuscite a processare tutti i tamponi che fate in giornata mettete un limite massimo giornaliero. Purché si riempiano le casse, se ne fregano della povera gente che aspetta un esito con tanta ansia. 40 hours have passed since the molecular swab and still no results sent.
