Ho inviato parecchie email per prenotare RM, chiamato decine e decine di volte, lasciato messaggi e non ho mai avuto alcun riscontro. Pessimo servizio al cittadino. It would deserve 0 as a rating. I sent several emails to book RM, called dozens of times, left messages and never got any feedback. Bad service to the citizen.

Anche il servizio di richiamata non ha funzionato. Peccato. Impossible to speak by telephone with this center. I also tried at different times, I waited from 20 to 25 minutes and then I attacked. Allora dicessero chiaramente di usare solo la chat oppure Facebook per essere richiamati e che è inutile telefonare. Mai più. Bad. Il medico che ha effettuato la TAC non si è accorto che il liquido è fuoriuscito dalla vena . Mio marito ha avuto per 3 gg un braccio molto gonfio e anche dolorante. Pessima esperienza!! Non torneremo . My husband had a coronary contrast CT scan privately. The doctor who did the CT scan did not notice that the fluid has leaked from the vein. My husband had a very swollen and sore arm for 3 days. Bad experience !! We will not return.

Fare aspettare un'ora le persone perché il medico è assente ed essere in più sgarbati pregiudica un futuro utilizzo di tale struttura. We are all aware of the difficult moment, I have to accept the payment of 15 euros for a tampon for a minor because it is lawful but I would have liked to be notified at the time of booking .. but rudeness is not lawful. Making people wait an hour because the doctor is absent and being rude will affect future use of this facility.

Dopo aver lasciato il messaggio in segreteria, mi hanno ricontattato e successivamente hanno verificato se fossi riuscita a parlare con il sevizio di prenotazione. I have always had a great time.
