Maleducazione ed arroganza , appena arrivato con appuntamento mi hanno invitato ad uscire fuori per il troppo affollamento , 0 organizzazione . Meno male che è un servizio a pagamento pensa se non lo era , DA EVITARE

Il personale: la signora sempre brusca da anni e secondo come le gira l'umore, il ragazzo invece è molto gentile. Dovrebbero ristrutturare la sala d'attesa che da un secolo appare così e ti dà sempre la sensazione di poco pulito. Il dottore e' molto bravo ma ti fa le eco nel suo studio fra cartacce e sempre troppo disordine.
Improponibile per un laboratorio analisi.

The staff: the lady has always been abrupt for years and according to her mood, the guy is very kind. They should renovate the waiting room that has been looking like this for a century and always gives you the feeling of not very clean. The doctor is very good but he echoes you in his office amidst litter and always too much disorder.
Not suitable for an analysis laboratory.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pessimi. Ecografia a pagamento fissata (e confermata questa mattina) per le ore 15 e 15, dopo accurata preparazione. Alle 15,45 il dottore non è ancora arrivato e nessuno si preoccupa di cercarlo. Scopro che tre pazienti hanno appuntamento per le 15 e altrettanti per le 15 e 15. Si farà un sorteggio ? Nel dubbio, me ne sono andato anche perché la preparazione prevede l'assunzione di tanta acqua e dopo un po'...........
Bad. Paid ultrasound scan set (and confirmed this morning) for 3 and 3 pm, after careful preparation. At 3.45 pm the doctor has not yet arrived and no one bothered to look for him. I discover that three patients have an appointment for 3 pm and the same number for 3:15 pm. Will there be a draw? When in doubt, I also left because the preparation involves taking a lot of water and after a while ...........

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Non capisco onestamente le recensioni negative per questa struttura. Sono 3 anni che eseguo esami con loro. Non sono mai mancati di educazione e professionalità. Il tecnico per la mammografia, è bravissimo. Il dottore Cialone è straordinario: è grazie a lui che ho potuto scoprire il tumore al seno e risolvere. Mi fido moltissimo e torno sempre con grande stima e fiducia.
I honestly don't understand the negative reviews for this property. I've been doing exams with them for 3 years. They have never lacked education and professionalism. The mammography technician is very good. Doctor Cialone is extraordinary: it is thanks to him that I was able to discover breast cancer and resolve it. I trust you very much and I always come back with great respect and confidence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ho prenotato un appuntamento per tre ecografie e giustamente mi hanno chiesto le generalità ed il contatto telefonico; (sono cliente da anni) fissato per le 18:45 del 19 Gennaio. Giungo con qualche minuto di anticipo e mi accomodo in sala di attesa; dopo mezz'ora circa mi sono ritrovato con altre due pazienti davanti; a questo punto chiedo quanto avrei dovuto attendere ancora e non mi viene dato un tempo preciso. Ritengo inaccettabile una simile gestione, peccato perché il medico lo conosco ed è veramente capace, ma di fare le 21:00 proprio no.
Pessima gestione.
I booked an appointment for three ultrasound scans and rightly they asked me for my personal details and telephone contact; (I have been a customer for years) set for 6:45 pm on January 19th. I arrive a few minutes early and take a seat in the waiting room; after about half an hour I found myself with two other patients in front of me; at this point I ask how long I would have to wait and I am not given a precise time. I think such management is unacceptable, too bad because I know the doctor and he is really capable, but not to do 21:00.
Bad management.
