A	Adriana Macchia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Esperienza pessima. Ho fatto un tampone rapido e uno molecolare e ho dovuto attendere più di 5 ore. La colpa non era tanto della calca (che comunque c'era) ma della totale disorganizzazione e mancanza di coordinamento del personale. Le receptionist mi hanno indirizzato (a più riprese) verso la fila sbagliata. Una volta capito il problema ho dovuto anche fare i conti con la forte impazienza dell'infermiera, davanti alla quale non ho reagito per comprensione dello stress che vivono ogni giorno. Ora sono in attesa dell'esito del molecolare, sono passati due giorni e non ho notizie. Al telefono non risponde nessuno e il sito funziona a tratti. Sostengono inoltre che usando la patente come documento di identità non si possa ottenere il greenpass, nulla di più falso (infatti arriva comunque). Si capisce comunque il momento difficile, spero l'esperienza possa migliorare. Bad experience. I did a quick and a molecular swab and had to wait more than 5 hours. The fault was not so much the crowd (which was still there) but the total disorganization and lack of coordination of the staff. The receptionists directed me (several times) to the wrong row. Once I understood the problem, I also had to deal with the nurse's strong impatience, in front of which I did not react for understanding the stress they experience every day. Now I am waiting for the outcome of the molecular, two days have passed and I have no news. No one answers the phone and the site works occasionally. They also argue that using the driving license as an identity document it is not possible to obtain the greenpass, nothing more false (in fact it arrives anyway). However, we understand the difficult moment, I hope the experience can improve.

Rispettate norme covid presente accesso in sedia a rotelle. Acquistato e pagato su internet, non è stato possibile effettuare la prenotazione!!! Ci sono persone anziane, bambini, lavoratori e qualcuno che non si sente bene...effettuano circa 15 test in 40 minuti...mai vista tanta inefficienza soprattutto considerando che parliamo di una struttura PRIVATA in cui paghiamo profumatamente ogni prestazione! Resto in fila solo perché ho già pagato!!! E uso queste ore per scrivere questa recensione!!! Dovreste vergognarvi!!! Purchased and paid on the internet, it was not possible to make a reservation !!! Personale gentilissimo ,equipe medica e staff all’altezza di ogni situazione ,nonostante il periodo difficile dovuto al covid sono riusciti a prestare servizio nel migliore dei modi . Chi commenta in maniera negativa nemmeno immagina lo sforzo e l’impegno che ci sia nello gestire in momenti come questo una struttura sanitaria ed io posso Dirlo in qualità di medico e titolare di diverse strutture in Italia . I want to describe in one word the structure, EXCELLENT. Very kind staff, medical team and staff up to any situation, despite the difficult period due to the covid, they managed to serve in the best possible way. Those who comment negatively do not even imagine the effort and commitment that goes into managing a health facility at times like this and I can say it as a doctor and owner of several facilities in Italy.
F	Francy Capo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Premesso che il periodo che stiamo vivendo con questi contagi è confusionario per tutti ma nonostante questo ho pagato 60 € (subito) per un tampone molecolare eseguito da loro perché necessitavo della risposta entro le 48 h per lavoro. L'ho eseguito il 28 dicembre...ad oggi ancora non ho la risposta....la loro spiegazione??..."ci dispiace ma non dipende da noi" Senza contare il fatto che dal 1 al 10 gennaio 2022 saranno chiusi....quindi le mie risposte??...le avrò l'11?? Sarà anche un bel centro ma a livello organizzativo siamo a livello molto basso!!! Ci siamo sempre trovati bene. Consigliatissimo per tutta la zona sud/ovest di Roma. Helpful and polite reception staff, an organized and reliable center, capable and trained doctors. Our center of trust! We have always enjoyed it. Highly recommended for the whole south / west area of Rome.

Invito gli utenti a provare i suoi servizi sanitari e non, ovviamente il periodo che stiamo vivendo non è di aiuto per alcun settore lavorativo, figuriamoci per chi svolge anche il delicato compito di prevenzione al Covid. Sappiamo bene quanto siano oberati e sfiancati tutti gli operatori che fanno tamponi e prelievi. Nonostante tutto ciò, sono seri, professionali e solerti. Marilab has been operating in its sector for years, always with the same seriousness and professionalism. I invite users to try its health services and not, obviously the period we are experiencing is not of help for any work sector, let alone for those who also carry out the delicate task of prevention at Covid. I used several services, from covid tests to gynaecologist and aesthetic medicine. They are the best, always professional and accurate. They girls at reception are useful and they always accommodate my tight schedule. I definitely recommend them.
