Ci sono centri molto più validi in zona:fiosolab,marilab etc Mi segna 1 stella ma non meritano neanche quella. I have been a customer of axalab since it opened .... today I say bad after a bad experience. There are much more valid centers in the area: fiosolab, marilab etc. I score 1 star but they don't deserve that either.

Bravi! Al Marilab Infernetto mi hanno risposto subito, ovviamente sono andato da loro: altra professionalità e altro approccio all'utenza. I telephoned for information 4 times yesterday afternoon (1.15pm-1.40pm) in time certainly not of significant influx and on the first ring they disconnected the line. Well done! At Marilab Infernetto they answered me immediately, obviously I went to them: other professionalism and another approach to users.

Anche la dottoressa è stata molto gentile nell'attendere il nostro arrivo. Grazie ancora! Although I called at the last and after hours for the COI tampon, I explained my urgency and my particular situation, and the front office staff were understanding and very kind giving my brother and me availability within 20 minutes of my call. The doctor was also very kind in waiting for our arrival. Thanks again!

La gente che mette una stella non comprende che un imprevisto può accadere a tutti (persino a loro!). Al primo piccolo errore subito a scrivere cattiverie ed infamare un'attività. Io dico ma loro errori sul lavoro non ne fanno? Vorrei andare dove lavora questa gente e vedere se sono così perfetti, e se non lo sono mettergli subito una recensione pessima per fargli capire cosa si prova. Non è così che si fa, la gente è diventata davvero aggressiva, cattiva, lamentosa, dopotutto è l'Italia... I have been to other centers in the area and honestly I have a great time here! Fast analysis, nice staff. People who put a star don't understand that something unexpected can happen to everyone (even them!). At the first small mistake immediately writing bad things and shaming an activity. I say but don't they make mistakes at work? I would like to go to where these people work and see if they are that perfect, and if they are not, put them a bad review right away to let them know what it feels like. That's not how it's done, people have become really aggressive, mean, complaining, it's Italy after all ...

Arriviamo prima dell'orario di apertura, c'è già fila (e ok ce lo aspettavamo)... non si capisce quale fila è per i tamponi e quale per i prelievi, c'è un modulo da compilare ma non si capisce come ottenerlo finché scopriamo che bisogna affacciarci all'entrata e richiederlo, e fin qui ok. Ci viene detto che una volta compilato il modulo viene dato il numeretto per la fila, se non fosse che questa misura vale solo per i primi 20 arrivati, che aspettano in fila; a tutti quelli che arrivano dopo viene dato il modulo INSIEME al numero, e così succede che chi stava in fila da prima viene sorpassato da altri che sono appena arrivati. All'accettazione ci mettono una vita, poi quando finalmente chiamano per fare i tamponi, il tampone viene prelevato da una sola narice invece di due come vorrebbe la prassi. Il referto del tampone rapido entro 5 ore non arriva, chiamo, squilla finché va su occupato (attaccano il telefono probabilmente). Insisto, chiamo e richiamo a ripetizione finché finalmente mi rispondono. Alla fine sono dovuta ritornare sul posto e ritirare il mio referto in presenza, perché non era accessibile online. Esperienza pessima, confusionale, poca professionalità. PS: mi sembra assurdo avere persone che devono fare il tampone e persone che devono fare le analisi (soprattutto anziani, che in questo modo vengono esposti al virus) in fila tutti insieme ad aspettare. Terrible, I will never go back. We arrive before opening time, there is already a line (and ok we expected it) ... it is not clear which line is for tampons and which for withdrawals, there is a form to fill in but it is not clear how get it until we discover that we have to look at the entrance and request it, and so far ok. We are told that once the form has been filled in, the number for the queue is given, except that this measure is only valid for the first 20 arrived, who are waiting in line; all those who arrive later are given the form TOGETHER with the number, and so it happens that whoever was in line before is overtaken by others who have just arrived. Acceptance takes a lifetime, then when they finally call for swabs, the swab is taken from one nostril instead of two as usual. The report of the quick swab within 5 hours does not arrive, I call, it rings until it goes on busy (they hang up the phone probably). I insist, call and call repeatedly until they finally answer me. Eventually I had to go back and collect my report in person, as it was not accessible online. Bad experience, confusional, little professionalism. PS: it seems absurd to me to have people who have to swab and people who have to do the tests (especially the elderly, who in this way are exposed to the virus) in line all together to wait.

Ultimamente, con la possibilità di avere i referti on line, è tutto più semplice ed ancora più rapido. L'ultima volta prelievo fatto al mattino (cirla le 8.00), il referto on line mi è arrivato (con notifica SMS, comodissimo) già nel pomeriggio dello stesso giorno, circa le 16.00. Dunque straordinariamente veloci ed efficienti. Convenzione con il SSN e con la mia assicurazione FASI completano il quadro positivo. BRAVI!!! Great service: efficient and professional staff. I have been a customer for years and have always found myself very well. Lately, with the possibility of having the reports online, everything is simpler and even faster. The last time the sample was taken in the morning (around 8.00), the online report arrived (with SMS notification, very convenient) already in the afternoon of the same day, around 16.00. Therefore extraordinarily fast and efficient. Agreement with the SSN and with my FASI insurance complete the positive picture. GOOD !!!

I am paying more than 500 euros for the detailed blood tests and she doesn't have two minutes for me because I don't speak Italian. Nobody can save italy if private companies employ such people at reception. Where are youngsters of this country? One only see late middle-aged women living in their own world.
