Andate da un'altra parte... ad una settimana dal tampone nessuna risposta. Al momento della visita ci è stato detto: se non arriva risposta è colpa vostra che scrivete male. Ho chiamato l'unico numero che ho trovato e mi hanno risposto che loro non centrano nulla riguardo i tamponi. Questi giocano con la salute della gente. Vergogna ?? My husband and I did the molecular on 8/11 and to date no answer. Can anyone tell me who I can contact? I called the only number I could find and they said they have nothing to do with tampons. Lo hanno perso e dicono che la colpa è nostra che non abbiamo scritto in modo chiaro email e numero di telefono, cosa ovviamente non vera. Procederò con un esposto, perchè, per quello che ho visto, la disorganizzazione rispetto ad altri drive-in presso i quali abbiamo fatto il tampone è evidente. Mentre negli altri drive-in è bastato dare il tesserino sanitario, qui ci hanno dato 5 fogli da compilare, fotocopiati con qualità infima, addirittura con dei campi non visibili, uno dei quali già preavvertiva che i tempi medi per il referto erano di 5-7 giorni, quando tutti gli altri drive in indicano, e rispettano, tempi di 24-48 ore... È comunque una risorsa per queste necessità, ma chiaramente con le dinamiche di queste strutture pubbliche, quindi bisogna avere le corrette aspettative!! ?
