Stamattina ho aspettato 2 ore come al solito per l accettazione per il prelievo ho chiesto al momento di pagare se avessi potuto farlo metà bancomat e metà contanti.. Mi è stato detto che non era possibile "perché fanno parte del sistema sanitario nazionale e funziona così" posso capire che i cassieri non avessere modo di venire in contro e chiaramente non è colpa loro ma aspettare due ore per non fare il prelievo e sentirmi dire che avrei dovuto chiedere prima se fosse stato possibile pagare metà e metà e completamente assurdo.. Oltre tutto per quelle 2 ore di fila inutile ho anche tardato ad un altra visita. Capisco la riduzione di costi del personale ma qui si tratta di incompetenza a livello organizzativo.. Responsabili e dirigenti fatevi un esame di coscienza. Oltretutto concludo dicendo che le mie 2 ore sono stato in piedi che ci sta essendo un ragazzo ma anziani mamme incinta e persone con qualsiasi problema annesso non posso stare in piedi per 2 ore! Riflettete bene se il vostro lavoro sia fatto bene o meno. Absolute disorganization .. I've been going there for years and I'm just going back for comfort. Pazenti in attesa di prelievi per i quali dovevano pagare per il ticket venivano rifiutati perché impossibile pagare contanti ma venivano accettati solo Bancomat o carte di credito che ovviamente non tutti hanno. Le malfunzioni della Pubblica Amministrazione non possono ricadere sui cittadini! Demenziale!! This morning I saw surreal scenes. Lo specialista (giovane d eta') mi chiede di fare una pet,ma non sa che x procedura e prassi dell' ASL di Roma, é lo specialista stesso che deve compilare i moduli dell' ospedale in base alla tua storia clinica! Risultato:non mi fido più,son dovuta andare privato da un medico ospedaliero che conoscesse tutta la prassi da fare x la pet,oltre a pagare (180 euro di visita),e fortunatamente la pet l ho fatta all ospedale presso cui lui lavora.una croce sopra.mai più a questa Asl ove i medici giovani purtroppo non ospedalieri non hanno esperienza di malattia ed interventi! ???? Gli specialisti mi sono sembrati tutti professionali. Personalmente, con l'otorino della asl di Vitinia io ho risolto un problema che avevo da ben tre anni.
