Bravissime le infermiere che eseguono i prelievi. The nurses who carry out the blood samples are very good.

E invece non è così vado di mattina presto la signora alla reception risponde al telefono io gli chiedo se gentilmente posso ritirare il referto il pomeriggio ovviamente lei al telefono mi risponde tanto per rispondermi si vieni pomeriggio..il pomeriggio attendo il referto mai arrivato li chiamo e mi dice signora è impossibile che siano arrivati.. gli dico signora avevo chiesto questa mattina mi è stato detto di sì e mi risponde ma chi glielo ha detto??.. Ovvio stava al telefono facendosi la sua chiacchiera non puoi ricordarti della risposta che mi ha dato... Morale della favola se hai un urgenza lascia perdere vai altrove personale da rivedere assolutamente... oltretutto ricordando che è una struttura privatadovrebbero essere più precisi They tell you very badly that the results of the tests are sent to you on the same day given the urgency ... Ho saputo stamattina che altri Laboratori privati allo stesso prezzo, tipo Biolab piazza Igea Roma, danno i risultati in 24 ore, se è opportuno fornirò nomi e cognomi. UNA VERGOGNA. E a leggere le altre recensioni sono uno dei tantissimi a dirlo. O il titolare le deve licenziare oppure fallisca il laboratorio. Gli dice bene grazie al covid e ai milioni che stanno facendo. Ma come finirà dovrà sparire…… I hope it fails! At the reception they have three ignorant people who do not know the slightest bit about their job. They treat people like beasts. And reading the other reviews I'm one of the many to say it. Either the owner has to fire them or the laboratory goes bankrupt. He tells him well thanks to the covid and the millions they are making. T	Tullio Barlone on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le ragazze all'accettazione fanno tutto il possibile per soddisfare le richieste dei pazienti, in questi giorni il caos tamponi non ha riguardato solo il laboratorio Giordani ma un po' tutte le strutture. Io mi trovo benissimo, anzi che si faccia un po' di fila per le analisi in generale la dice lunga sul fatto che il laboratorio lavori come si deve. Il personale medico è eccezionale, sia le infermiere che l'altra dottoressa che sono sempre disponibili. The girls at the reception do everything possible to satisfy the patients' requests, in these days the tampon chaos has not only affected the Giordani laboratory but all the facilities. I am very happy, indeed that there is a bit of queuing up for the analyzes in general says a lot about the fact that the laboratory works as it should. The medical staff are exceptional, both the nurses and the other doctor who are always available.
V	Valentina Belleggia on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sebbene sottoscrivo che l'organizzazione dei tamponi lasci a desiderare anche obbligando a fare fila all'esterno ben prima dell'orario in cui vengono somministrati, facendo purtroppo anche creare i cosiddetti assembramenti, e che si, si è costretti ad entrare all'interno della struttura; sono uno dei pochi laboratori sentiti che danno possibilità di svolgere i tamponi senza prenotazione. Al personale dell'accetazione e a quello infermieristico faccio invece i complimenti, io posso dire di aver trovato disponibilità e cortesia nonostante tutto, sono dipendenti che lavorano in condizioni di alto stress anche rispetto agli ambienti in cui lavorano. Risultato arrivati on line in meno di 10 h. I make the test PCR, because i have my plane for Spain tommorow, i give my id number and said for go to spain i need in the result of the test in english, they said me ok no problem... And guess what ? Dont put the id number in the document who is the most important and give me the results in Italian, so i hope to didn't have problems... They are like professional joke here. How can you lie like that just for make money and let people with problems after? I try to call all the day yersteday for modification for nothing and today its 25 december and my plane is tommorow at 8:30
