I primi piatti che ho degustato tutti tradizionali della Sardegna, erano ben fatti e dal sapore genuino. Ottima la carne. E una discreta cantina di vini. Personale gentile e professionale. Siamo stati accolti da un cameriere gentilissimo , disponibile e preparato nel consigliarci sui piatti da scegliere. Abbiamo preso due antipasti, una classica bruschetta al pomodoro e il carasau con stracciatella e gamberi (bellissimo l’impiattamento e sublime il gusto), fettuccine al ragù bianco di cinghiale (pasta fresca fatta da loro), una tagliata con contorno di patate al forno (la carne molto buona e tenerissima), una frittura mista di calamari, gamberi e moscardini (qui si sono superati, mai mangiato una frittura così buona, panatura croccante e asciutta, pesce tenerissimo), un contorno di scarola con olive e uvetta che non sono riuscita a finire perché le porzioni erano molto abbondanti. Per finire abbiamo assaggiato le Sebadas, da Sarda, su questo dolce sono molto critica, ma anche qui sono rimasta piacevolmente sorpresa. Il ripieno era molto abbondante e la pasta esterna molto particolare (poi la proprietaria mi ha spiegato il perché). Una delle più buone mani mangiate finora. Questo ristorante entra a pieno titolo nella lista dei preferiti e ci ritorneremo di sicuro. Today I had the pleasure of eating in this beautiful restaurant with my husband. We were greeted by a very kind waiter, available and prepared in advising us on the dishes to choose. We took two appetizers, a classic bruschetta with tomato and the carasau with stracciatella and shrimp (the dish is beautiful and the taste sublime), fettuccine with wild boar ragù (fresh pasta made by them), a tagliata with a side of baked potatoes (the meat is very good and very tender), a mixed frying of squid, prawns and baby octopus (here they are surpassed, never eaten such good frying, crispy and dry breading, very tender fish), a side dish of escarole with olives and raisins that I managed to finish because the portions were very generous. Finally we tasted the Sebadas, from Sarda, I am very critical of this dessert, but even here I was pleasantly surprised. The filling was very abundant and the external pasta very particular (then the owner explained to me why). One of the best hands eaten so far. This restaurant is fully on the favorites list and we will be back for sure.

Abbiamo preso due antipasti, moscardini e pane curacao con stracciatella e gamberi, buonissimi. Poi avevamo ordinato ravioli ricotta con crema di scampi e ravioli di pesce con gamberi.. etc ed una frittura calamari, gamberi e moscardini, acqua ed un calice di vino della casa perché avevano solo quello. Iniziamo dai menù, neppure plastificati e su un foglio di carta con macchie qua e là. Poca scelta. I gamberi erano finiti, quindi devo cambiare primo, chiedo se posso cambiare pasta agli spaghetti tonno, cappelli ed olive, ma la cameriera mi dice che non è possibile cambiare la pasta, optiamo per lo stesso primo in versione abbondante, buoni i ravioli fatti a mano e buona anche il sugo agli scampi. Poi arriva la frittura. Poco croccante, e gommosa, niente piatto per mettere le scorze dei gamberi quindi si usa il piatto del pane per ovviare. Chiediamo se hanno lo sgroppino o del Sorbetto, e la cameriera mi risponde che hanno solo dolci fatti in casa????? Vabbè, conto, scopriamo che il calice di vino della casa, lo abbiamo pagato 5€, ma un litro costa meno... Diciamo che non è da consigliare così come è adesso. Non ci tornerò e quindi non lo consiglio a nessuno. I went there because it had great reviews, I booked for lunch on Sunday. Then we ordered ricotta ravioli with scampi cream and fish ravioli with prawns .. etc and a fried squid, prawns and baby octopus, water and a glass of house wine because they only had that. Let's start with the menus, not even plasticized and on a sheet of paper with spots here and there. Little choice. The prawns were finished, so I have to change the first course, I ask if I can change pasta with tuna, hats and olives spaghetti, but the waitress tells me that it is not possible to change the pasta, we opt for the same first in abundant version, good ravioli made in hand and also good sauce with prawns. Then comes the frying. A little crunchy, and chewy, no plate to put the shrimp peels so you use the bread plate to avoid. We ask if they have sgroppino or sorbet, and the waitress replies that they only have homemade desserts ??? ?? Oh well, well, we discover that the glass of house wine, we paid € 5, but a liter costs less ... Let's say that it is not to be recommended as it is now. I will not go back and therefore I do not recommend it to anyone.
