Do not waste time carrying out molecular swabs (at a high price) in this facility because the sampling is not performed correctly!

Allora ritentiamo di parlare con qualcuno e ci dicono che dobbiamo andare da tutt'altra parte. Ai tamponi ovviamente stesso trattamento, neppure un buongiorno. Siccome nessuno lo comunica ve lo dico io, accertatevi che abbiate il documento d'identità se no vi mandano a casa. E non meno importante l'infermiera non ha cambiato i guanti tra me e mio marito. Fa i tamponi e tocca i soldi con gli stessi guanti. Ed ha usato un linguaggio abbastanza inappropriato quando "litigava" con il sistema per modificare l'indirizzo sul referto che avrebbe dovuto stampare. And he used quite inappropriate language when he was "arguing" with the system to change the address on the report he was supposed to print.

Il personale è sempre davvero cordiale ed accogliente, per questo oggi ho deciso di mettere una recensione molto positiva proprio per ringraziarli. Non ho mai avuto problemi in questo laboratorio, sono precisi, professionali, puntuali e gentilissimi. Aprendo le recensioni qui su Google sono rimasta davvero stupita nel leggere una recensione tanto negativa come quella di “Silvia”, con cui non concordo affatto! Io sono stata sempre trattata con gentilezza, prontezza ed educazione. I have been to RLab several times, the last morning for a Covid swab. The staff is always really friendly and welcoming, so today I decided to put a very positive review just to thank them. I have never had any problems in this laboratory, they are precise, professional, punctual and very kind. Opening the reviews here on Google I was really amazed to read such a negative review as that of "Silvia", with which I do not agree at all! I have always been treated with kindness, promptness and education.

Lo hanno fatto con tutte le persone che sono venuti oggi a fare il tampone. Personale scortese. Bad appointment service. They take bookings for tampons but on your arrival they reply that they do not have you in the booked list. They did it with all the people who came today to swab. Rude staff.

Arrivato allo studio mi comunicano di avere macchinario rotto e che mi avrebbero richiamato il pomeriggio per avvisarmi. Nessuna telefonata ricevuta. Avendo io prenotato e avendo loro il mio numero, sarebbe stato quantomeno professionale avvisarmi preventivamente via telefono del problema loro accorso anziché farmi perdere una mattinata di permesso dal lavoro e scoprire il tutto ormai lì. Disinteresse per la clientela. Peccato. I book a COI buffer by phone the day before directly to their dedicated number. They confirm the appointment for the next morning at 9.30. Sei inchiodato al telefono per infiniti minuti senza poter parlare con un operatore ma accompagnato dalla solita musichetta con messaggino poiché le linee sono tutte occupate. Purtroppo il numero telefonico è soltanto uno. Aggiungetene altri. Personalmente oggi (ma non è la prima volta), ho atteso15 minuti e poi ho riagganciato. Esperienza negativa. Contacting R.Lab to make an appointment or for simple information is a real undertaking. You are nailed to the phone for endless minutes without being able to speak to an operator but accompanied by the usual tune with a text message as the lines are all busy. Arrivata allo studio mi comunicano di essersi dimenticate di comunicare l'appuntamento al medico competente. Per cio mi hanno creato un grandissimo problema, sia lavorativo che di salute. Bassissima professionalità ed affidabilità. Totale disinteresse per la clientela. Non si sono neache scusate, accusando la collega non presente ovviamnete.
