New structure .. modern with friendly staff. spelled a swab with the response received in 15 minutes. my experience is positive but of course the level of the other services offered will have to be checked.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La mia purtroppo non è stata una buona esperienza. Il 20% più cari rispetto ad altri. Non sarebbe un problema se non fosse che forse chi ti accoglie non è forse ferrato su esami di ematologia? Non sanno che per certi esami occorrono urine delle 24 h? Le ho dovute ripetere e riconsegnare perché avevo portato esami normali e solo dopo mi hanno chiamata per dirmi che non andavano bene.Nessuno ti spiega come va fatto un esame delle 24h. Ho dovuto documentarmi sul web. Insomma non mi aspetto questo da un laboratorio che si presenta in questo modo. Pagare va benissimo ma il servizio è il personale deve essere all’altezza.
In aggiunta ti danno una data di referto pronto e poi vai a consultare e non c’è. Ho dovuto chiamare per avere informazioni sui miei esami che non trovavano. Insomma per me non è stata una buona presentazione visto che era la prima volta. Un po’ di caos ha regnato. Sarà un caso? Sono stata sfortunata? Può essere. Non ci tornerò e non lo consiglierò comunque

I had to repeat them and return them because I had taken normal exams and only later they called me to tell me that they were not going well.No one explains to you how to do a 24h exam. I had to read up on the web. In short, I don't expect this from a laboratory that looks like this. Paying is fine but the service and the staff must be up to par.
In addition, they give you a ready report date and then go to consult and it's not there. I had to call to get information about my exams that they couldn't find. In short, for me it was not a good presentation since it was the first time. A little chaos reigned. Will it be a coincidence? Was I unlucky? Could be. I will not go back and will not recommend it anyway
