Basta cercare nei dintorni per trovare centri molto più professionali, economici e con del personale educato e disponibile. Sono stato presso la loro struttura "Marilab Torreimpietra" per ben due volte durante l'emergenza covid 2019 ed ho fatto due ore di fila fuori, in piedi, le segretarie chiamavano il numero e non hanno mai dato la precedenza alle donne in gravidanza, bene mi sono fatta la mia fila senza chiedere nulla, non ne ho mai approfittato o preteso precedenza...oggi 2/7/2020 arrivo ore 9.22 ci saranno state 15 persone fuori in attesa, in piedi con la mascherina e sotto il sole, sono alla 39 esima settimana chiedo cortesemente alle persone li fuori se posso passare, premetto che devo consegnare gli esami e non farli, mi fanno passare, entro e la segretaria mi dice: perchè lei è entrata? deve attendere che la chiamano col numero (casse vuote e due persone sedute dentro sui divanetti), risposta: sono in gravidanza ed ho cortesemente chiesto di poter passare, l'altra segretaria le dice è incinta e lo ha chiesto fuori, mi fa accomodare per compilare il modulo e poi mi chiama per fare l'accettazione dalla stessa che mi aveva chiesto per quale motivo fossi entrata senza attendere la chiamata....le faccio presente che sono l'unico laboratorio a non dare precedenza che in uno stato così avanzato sia rispettoso visto il caldo e la situazione e lei neanche risponde.....bhè che dire penso io non debba aggiungere altro...Scandalosi I think it is the only analysis laboratory that does not give precedence to pregnant women. Partendo dal presupposto che a quanto so io ai bambini spetta un minimo di precedenza, sono stata un’ora fuori dal laboratorio analisi, sotto al sole, con la mia bambina di 3 anni a digiuno e senza bere perché doveva fare il tampone per lo streptococco. Oltretutto entrata dentro alle casse la signora che mi ha fatto l’accettazione era impegnata al telefono tanto da non accorgersi di aver spillato sul foglio ritiro del tampone di mia figlia la ricevuta di pagamento di un’altra persona. Quindi io mi ritrovo nome, cognome, indirizzo, codice fiscale e numero di telefono di quest’altra persona e deduco quindi che tutti i dati anagrafici di mia figlia siano in mano a qualcun’altro. Alla faccia della privacy! I state that I would have given 0 stars but unfortunately less than one cannot be put. La mattina dell’ 8 Settembre vado, e prima di farlo, pago, al prezzo di 55€ senza proposta dell’altro tipo a 30€, mi dicono che le risposte sarebbero arrivate l’11 per email (quindi più di 48h). Arriva il giorno 11 e alle ore 10, ancora non avevo ricevuto nessuna email. Perciò ho dovuto chiamare per sollecitare, quando nel momento che stiamo vivendo tutti, mi sembra assurdo aspettare anche solo 24h. Perciò immediatamente dopo la sollecitazione è arrivata la risposta. P.S arrivando a Ladispoli, con prezzo da 20€ e 40€ (proposti entrambi) le risposte arrivano prima delle 24h. Pessima Accoglienza segreteria , scortesi di persona e al telefono. Referti con tempi più lunghi. I found higher costs than other laboratories and the same analysis prescription.
